The mac n cheese was bland and watery. Hardly any seasoning on my cajun fries. They gave me NO sauce for my supremes, even though I paid for an extra one. No straw. The smallest amount of icing on the boberry biscuits, even though I asked and would've paid for more. It was like they really didn't care. How do you mess up the whole order. I was NOT happy about that $18.

Cashier at drive up made unsolicited rude comment to my wife on the morning of January 2 2024.Food was served cold also. I am a disabled veteran and he is lucky I am unable to walk very well anymore. He should be disciplined for having a smart mouth. I intend to pursue this with corporate. You can inform your manager that I will be in touch soon.

Went thru drive thru at 8:00am ordered breakfast meal.. no one was in drive thru. Female was not friendly. I got my biscuit bo rounds and drink .. I began to drive away . I went to grap a boround and it was soggy! I parked my car to check out my bag. All of the bo rounds were full of grease and soggy. Not brown and crispy. I opened my biscuit to see its condition. It looked ok. I decided to go in and get more bo rounds.i went in side and this lady ask if she could help. I showed her the bo rounds.. she said.. it depends on the bo rounds whether not they get brown and crispy! As she literally hollers for someone.. it was the same person that was at drive thru.. She comes over and says do you want me to refry them for you!!?? Or give you a refund?? She was such an ugly person! Really Refry them!! I said No just give me a refund on all of it.. she says do you have the drink? I said it’s in my car.. I can go get it. She said go get it, It was a medium cup of tea. I went got the tea. When I returned there was a man ordering food, she gave me cash before completing his order. She must have refunded as soon as I walked out to get the drink and had the cash waiting. I had my phone up and I took her picture so I could remember her face. She said don’t take my picture, it’s against my privacy. I said I can take anybody’s picture I want. She said, get out of the store and don’t come back. I said you can’t tell me that. She said yes I can and I will call the police if you come back. I said my children are the police . Both my sons work for law-enforcement . And I walked out. And I promise you, I will never return. Now I know why McDonald’s had cars wrapped around the building and no one at Bojangles. I know it’s hard to get people to work, but with people like that, your business will go under.

The one on 25 is different from the the one on Howard Gap. Across from Cheddar's. The one on 25 is cold. The one in Fletcher is cold. Howard Gap is toasty.Clean. And nice . The others are not.

The Flys and the Rude Loud female MANAGER(I purchased the night before and this was the review of the morning interaction she was there both shifts)Addressing me from all the way across by the drive thru window wanting to take my order when the a register is on the far right. As if she couldn't break away to take my order properly?...I guess she wanted me to YELL OUT MY ORDER like she was yelling out to me ..."she will be there shortly" which I was in no hurry...Decided she would ask what I wanted from there.....I said..."Is that how your going to do it?"..She said so "they could go ahead and start preparing it"....(which makes sense but No I'm not YELLING OUT my order to anyone...Address me properly...we are not down the Block at a Cookout)I said never mind...and left. It's not that serious....I like the Cajun biscuits but not that much!
Jackie and Crystal were absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!!! Someone was in training and accidentally dropped the Bo Rounds. Jackie came out and apologized for the inconvenience and gave us a complete refund for having to wait. We told her no worries. And Crystal was amazing when she brought the food out. She also apologized for the wait. These two were amazing workers and they need recognition for their hard work and dedication to the company!!!!!!!!! Bojangles in Fletcher next to the truck stop, you definitely have our business!
