“Food and service were absolutely excellent. The ladies interacting with customers were top notch by any standard.

2 gripes;
1. The changing table in men's bathroom is broken.
2. A young male employee in bathroom was using a vape while I was changing my daughter. Have to say he was at least washing his hands thoroughly and I subsequently saw him working hard. Just an uncomfortable situation to have my kiddos in there with.

In spite of this, the overall cleanliness and friendliness of employees put this location in upper quintile of mcdonalda ive visited around the world“

“I don’t understand why people are complaining about the food. I have lived in Columbus for 6 years now and I prefer this place over most other restaurants in the area. The food has always been good and the service is fast. I have ordered from here many times over the years and have never been disappointed. So what it’s not a 5 star restaurant, it still good for what it is. And the people behind the counter are always polite.“
