“The girl that took my order at checkout was very nice I asked for fresh food she gave me freshly cooked food she was nice to me and my husband I don't usually tip in a fast food restaurant but to this lady I did she took our order got our order together and handed it to us in a very polite way“

“While traveling to Gatlinburg Tennessee , we stopped at the McDonald’s located at 300 W Mills St, Columbus, NC 28722, and it ended up being one of the best road‑trip surprises. My Filet‑O‑Fish was hot, fresh, and honestly the best I’ve had in a long time — perfectly assembled and exactly what I needed while on the go.

The manager on duty made the experience even better. She greeted everyone with a genuine smile, kept the energy upbeat, and delivered the kind of customer service that sticks with you. Warm, joyful, and clearly proud of her work.

You walk in and you are immediately greeted with a wonderful "Howdy" and treated like you are the next "Super Star" to walk inside this miniature Super Store! With more home-work & equipment supplies that you can imagine, there are lots and lots of every day supplies not to mention, wall coolers that are stock filled with more varieties of drinks and so much food and snacks to select trom too.I think the biggest thrill was to try "Champs Chicken." An integrated full service kitchen and seating restaurant inside Marathon Station! Make sure you go before 3:00 PM as closing time for Champs is right then! Their homemade bone-in fried chicken tastes marinated and has a delicious fried crust; very flavorful and worth the try I think. I know that I will be back again to this Champs Chicken and Marathon Station at91 NC-Rt 9, Mill Spring, North Carolina 28756. What a great experience.“
