One of the nicest young men was running the drive thru, very friendly and helpful, and pleasant to talk to. It was Wednesday, November 29, around 5:00 in the evening. Great job, bud! I wish I had gotten your name!
In today's world you don't usually experience good customer service and good fast food and definitely not both at the same time, but I did today. Ordered online, got the cheese sticks which were better than any restaurant version and they still had a cheese pull by the time I drove my order home. We also got the brisket sandwich with bacon and cheese. Can't say it actually tasted like brisket, but it was good. And got the French dip, it was great, no complaints. Their deuve through speaker runs at 150 decibels, blew my hat off when she said welcome to Arby's. Next thing I know someone with a parachute landed right next to my passenger window and picked up my hat and placed it perfectly back on my head. He never said who he was but I suspect he worked there because of the Arby's shirt. That's heros work whoever that silenced, falling, savoir was.... 3 cheers guy!
