Stopped at the Hendersonville Hardee’s on Four Seasons Blvd while traveling. Food was hot, quickly served, and facility was very clean! Trey was spot-on with friendly & professional customer service!
The best crew that has been here at this location in years. Four seasons highway. We eat here once or twice every week. Food was fresh and quick not like all the other fast food restaurants on four seasons

Based on the reviews, Hardee's has a new Manager and a great, friendly team that keeps the location clean and smelling fresh. The staff works hard and fast even when extremely short staffed, and they never lose their temper when customers point out mistakes. One employee, Christinaaa, was amazing help in deciding an order and was seen wiping counters, wiping tables, and sweeping the floor when not helping customers. Another employee, Peaches, had a smile and was very kind, even giving an employee discount and bringing the meal to the table just to be kind to others. The food is average for fast food, but the atmosphere is typical. The tasty biscuits are a highlight. However, a drive-thru interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional when a customer mentioned the electronic menu board wasn't working. A serious concern was raised about employee safety, as a customer met an employee named Kara who said Hardee's hired someone connected to a person who tried to seriously harm her, and the GM and DM told her to deal with it or transfer. This reviewer stated that if Hardee's does not care about employee safety, they won't care about customer safety.
