Umm, HELLO PANDA! I used to live on Tunnel Road, so I have seen this location at its absolute worst. However, we decided to give it another shot this past Black Friday and WOW! We ate inside and I gotta tell you… this Panda blew every other fast food joint out of the water. I loved the food, the employees, and how CLEAN it all was. The bathrooms were amazing! Kuddos Panda on Tunnel Road! You are doing something very right!
Ordered online because I was in a hurry. When I walked in, I was greeted by someone cleaning. He probably was a manager. I walked to the online order pick-up spot. A worker couldn't understand what I was saying. I had to repeat myself 3 times. Ok, so maybe I wasn't clear. Then, after he did understand that I was there to pick up an online order, he told me their machine was down after looking at tickets in a machine that I later learned was the online order machine. I loved the service, I’m Colombian and don’t speak well English and when I got there a Spanish lady gave us a really good customer service , with out asking she did everything in Spanish my wife knows English so it was really pleasing !!
