Hours are incorrect. They close an hour earlier than advertised and leave their drive thru open until they run out of whatever was left over when they closed the kitchens. Super unprofessional. Some days it's even earlier that they're running out of food. Will ask if you’d like to donate to a children’s hospital before they worry about having your order. Ridiculous at this point. No, I’ve come here for food, not to take care of your charitable contractual obligations. Just came back to update my review, don’t even know why I stopped there. Place is still trash.

The food was good, and the service was good as always. However, I tend to have a problem with people, like Jade, who are more concerned about collecting surveys, rather than paying attention to the cleanliness of the dining room. That's where people come in and sit down to eat. It would be one thing if she was actually doing something other than ringing people up behind the register. But it seemed like all she was doing was walking back and forth behind the register when it was slow, micromanaging, when I know for a fact she has plenty of time to clean the dining room.

We live nearby and love Chinese, but... Sometimes the food is bad or the order is incorrect. Recently the chicken teriyaki did not contain chicken. It had to be pork, or? And don't ask for half noodles and half rice; you'll get 95% shop-worn rice and a few noodles you have to go digging for, underneath the rice. I suggest you park and go in for better service, where you can speak out like I learned to do. I have walked out when the sneaky server sneaked what looked like a tablespoonful of sesame chicken on top. Whatever the entree, there is little room for it after the plate or bowl is crammed with the "sides." The owners of this business want you to respect their chintzy offerings for appx $10/bowl w/1 eggroll. However, when you go in and have a decent server and the food is fresh and fragrant with Chinese spices, you'll get something, though expensive, which is delightful.

I loved the service, I’m Colombian and don’t speak well English and when I got there a Spanish lady gave us a really good customer service , with out asking she did everything in Spanish my wife knows English so it was really pleasing !!

My daughters & I visited Panda Express drive thru today. The cashier was nice & took our order. We ordered the orange chicken with noodles. We also got an order of orange chicken only. The food was warm & really good. Great customer service & they gave us everything we needed to enjoy our food.
I came through the drive through and I always ask for my food hot and fresh and my chicken CRISPY and I tell them I don’t mind waiting for FRESH food and the lady at the window (today) cause normally it’s not an issue. Told me they don’t cook food to orders and don’t do any modifications. All I asked was my food fresh and chicken crispy. Of course it comes out SOGGY and COLD because people don’t care to do their jobs anymore!
