“The calzones here are the best we've had in this area. That fact and that they're less priced than the competition around here pretty much cements where we get it calzones from now on. Not really going to push it since they definitely made the best one so far around Asheville, we think but, they could have a little more ricotta cheese and they'd go from a 9.5 to 10!“
“I was visiting my sisters and their friend in Asheville and was invited to eat at Pizza Mind. My group are all vegetarians, but I am not. They ordered personal sized pizzas with vegetarian toppings. I did get a taste of the Roasted Beets and Cauliflower pizza. It was a very good combination. I ordered the Cuban sandwich and a Caesar side salad. The dressing was authentic with anchovies. I'm not a fan of anchovies, but it was so well balanced, I really didn't mind. I ate the whole thing. The Cuban came on a really great bread. I think it was baked locally and was really fresh. The rest of the sandwich tasted good, but a little skimpy on the meats. I'm used to Florida Cuban sandwiches which are plump with meat. I would visit Pizza Mind again on my next trip to Asheville and try a pizza.“
“We have picked up food in the past from Vinnies. This time we dined in and we were thrilled with the food and service. We ordered the baked ziti and spaghetti with clams. Both were delicious. The waitress, who was wonderful, recommended the wedding cake (vanilla and coconut). Also delicious. What topped off our evening was that we’re able to bring our dog since their patio is dog friendly. We will definitely come back.“
“Amazing seasonal fare served at a 'dolce vida' pace. Service was wonderful, and at whatever speed you wanted. Reservations are a must. They have a great wine list too. They also have a "family dining" option for $75 per person which is a great sampling of many items in the menu that night.“
“I had been watching pizza reviews for days and was craving a New York style pizza. I ordered the New Yorker, and it did not disappoint. Sweet tomato sauce with mozzarella and Asiago on a thin crust. I ordered the medium-sized pizza, which was plenty for two. Let's be honest, though. I ate the whole thing by myself.“
“The BEST pizza place in Asheville. My husband and I ate here on our honeymoon and they offer gluten free crust that doesn’t taste like cardboard (you gluten sensitive people know what I’m talking about). The employees were cool and it felt industrial/punk and we were living for it. We will be back next year!Dietary restrictions: Offers gluten free crust!“
“Had a pretty rude waitress but the food and quickness of service made up for it - other wait staff were very polite! Also pet friendly for outside seating.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian and vegan substitutes that are delicious!Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for dietary restrictions, gluten free options, dairy free and vegan.Parking: Had to park in a paid parking lot on the same street. Prices weren't as bad as some lots - around 6 dollars an hourKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly in atmosphere and in the menu!Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp entrance and wheel chair accessible bathroom stall, and accomadating seating at some tables“
“Two of us had a medium Pepperoni & Sausage Pizza (took 1/2 home). Excellent pizza with a garlic oil on the crust which was crispy & brown. Cheese on Pizza was also excellent and a good amount.Service was great. Highly recommend. Limited parking.“
“We had a wonderful experience at Fahrenheit Pizza. We brought some family with us from out of town. We had pizza, garlic knots and even tried their cannolis! The food was all very delicious, especially the pizza. And the staff were all very kind and inviting, especially Conrad. (He was the one that sold us on the cannolis) As a pizza snob, this place has inched its way into my top 3 pizza places in Asheville. Cheers!“
“We were visiting from out of town and ordered via DoorDash. Took a very long time to get our order and when we reached out to the restaurant they called DoorDash for us and handled it without any complaint. Pizza was very good and the cheesecake was some of the best I’ve ever had. Would 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food and good customer service.“
“This afternoon my husband and I enjoyed the most delicious pizza we have had in Asheville! Today at New Belgium brewery we had a half pepperoni/hot honey and the other half red onions and mushrooms. The crust was thin and perfect to both our tastes. Thank you Tin Can pizzeria!“
“I stopped in today to try their pizza for lunch. I order a cheese as well as a Margherita pizza (wanted to take a pie home for the family to try). On Mondays they include a beer with the purchase of a cheese pizza or burger. It's too bad I was on the clock. Anyhow - Both pizzas were delicious, but the Margheritawas superior. Definitely an American take on Neapolitan style pizza. Do yourself a favor and find a reason to try their homemade ranch! That shiz should be bottled and sold everywhere! I will definitely be back with the wife to try some other menu items and beers. Cheers!“
“Best pizza of my life! I’m from NJ, I know pizza… but sometimes I want something a little higher end than your standard red sauce based pie. I got the bougie mushroom it’s the pizza of the month and it’s hands down the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. Luke was kind enough to help me pick out a hard cider and took time to explain the different brands and flavors.. best service and best pie! This place is a gem!“
“I love their Bolognese sauce. It's so much like what my great Italian neighbors in Brooklyn made. Not only is the food great, but the staff was great. I accidentally locked my keys in the car. Everyone showed caring, especially Matthew, who worked for well over half an hour to help me get into my car. He wouldn't even accept a tip. He was amazing! I highly recommend this restaurant.“
“Remember, this is Chuck E Cheese and not some quaint eatery and you'll be pleased. Everything seemed exceptionally clean. The pizza, bread sticks, and cookie were really better than I expected. The app was maybe a little confusing at first, but I think you can learn how things work pretty quickly. The games all seemed to be working and the electronic tickets are nice. Overall, this is a glorious hub of noise and overstimulation with just the right amount of fun and energy expense. I was a little confused when the animatronic Chuck E came out and just looked around, but no one seemed bothered by it. If you are looking for some wild fun and looking for a nap after, this is your place!“
“It's a fantastic place to go me and a coworker of mine are autistic so we do have some issues with food textures and consistency's, the pizza isn't greasy the spaghetti and meatballs are fantastic and the desserts are delicious not to mention they have a fantastic ice cream sandwich selection.“
“My favorite place to see a movie and enjoy a delicious pizza, salad and great beer that’s brewed right there! Great vegan pizza!!!! Yummola!Vegetarian options: We love the vegan pizza with the soy-rizo, mushrooms and spinachDietary restrictions: Our favorite vegan pizza in town!“
“Reminded me of Atlas restaurant in Paris. Every dish was perfect. From the olive tempanade, to the melt-in-your-mouth Mahi Mahi. And the biggest Oysters we've ever seen. Our server's name was Darrin, and he made the best suggestions. Best service. Definitely coming back.Wheelchair accessibility: My mother in law was able to sit at the table with her wheelchair.“
“Stopped in based on a local suggestionCan honestly say that this was some of the best pizza I've ever had. Crunchy bubbly thin crust, perfect sauce to cheese ratio and Delicious toppings. We got the Scar Face and I'll def be coming back next time I'm in the area“
“Run don’t walk. Had pizza all over town their only competition is mothers pop up pizza - which iykyk.Dough has great flavor and cooked to perfection. Novel flavors and even the crust is yum. Get. The. Cheesecake. Just do it. Grab a spot and a beer at new origin and live your best life.“
“My friends and I celebrate almost every birthday together at All Souls. Great pizza, fun atmosphere and great for groups. Don't skip the crispy chickpeas or soft-serveDietary restrictions: Great amount of vegetarian optionsParking: Plenty of parking“
“We had to order from here because some of my family was sick. This pizza was very good. We got a small pizza each. I got the cheesy bread, which wasn't my favorite, but my family really liked their pizza. Overall, it was a very good place and I would like to go there again.“
“Super freakin good bro pizza.... Idk why I just called it bro pizza... I guess cause they made me feel like a brother ? ... of pizza.... ? It's hard to explain, just go there. It's very simple pizza but damn good. I go there every time I'm in Asheville and I get the hankerin' for some pizza... which is constantly ?“
“This place is bar none, the friendliest, best overall restaurant in town. They are consistently nice, no matter the server. We come here sometimes, even when we're not in the mood for pizza just because we love the place and people. I love their accommodating hours too. They were one of the few restaurants open first after COVID, which we so appreciated, having cabin "fever". Way to go, whoever manages, trains employees and works there. Y'all got it going on!Vegetarian options: They accommodate gluten free crust and dairy free, as well as substitute toppings. There are plenty of veggies you can get on pizza.“
“Wings are the best around! Pizza and salads are great too. Good for take-out, or dine-in. Portions feed a crowd, and we've enjoyed the food many times on different occasions. Convenient location to Enka-Candler.Kid-friendliness: Arcade games for all while you wait on your food!“
“The new menu is great. The meatball sub was delicious and so was the salad. The hosts were a little too under dressed and not very friendly though out waitress was great and did a wonderful job. Good beer selection. Hope they can get their liquor permit sometime to accommodate those that don't drink beer/wine. A staple in Asheville for sure.“
“Food was good, menu and restaurant set up were interesting. The crew was great however my mom explicitly said Chicken Alfredo and we received just Alfredo. When the cashier brought us our food, we said “oh this is supposed to be chicken Alfredo.” And his rebuttal was “When I repeated the order back to you I said Alfredo, and you didn’t correct me. You confirmed it.” So that was a little off putting but the pizza was great, I’m from Chicago so it’s hard to find pizza that lives up to it.“
“This is a wonderful family owned restaurant that serves up delicious Greek food. My husband had the lasagna which he said was better than a much higher priced restaurant in Asheville. I had the cheese ravioli which is the best I have ever eaten! Baklava for desert which also was yummy topped off our meal!Service was prompt, attentive & friendly.A real joy in today's world of hurry, high prices & oftentimes a not caring vibe from many restaurants“
“Food was great and made perfect to order, even though I messed up placing my order and I had to call to fix my own mistake. Jernigan and the whole team that night was very understanding and took care of my needs! Excellent customer service.“
“Holy smokes! What a wonderful bar and extremely knowledgeable bartenders. I wish I could stop there, but Tony and Nick are super friendly and make you feel at home. We tried a lot of cocktail bars in Asheville and kept going back to them for the best cocktails in town. Talk about the utmost of care and service, Kyle, the manager looked out for every need we had. We will go back every time we are in town!“
“I love this restaurant, it is such a cozy atmosphere and the staff is so amazing. The food is fantastic and the desserts are as well. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.Vegetarian options: There are plenty of options, especially pastas that are vegetarian.“
“Even though I live closer to the Weaverville location I drive to here because they do the best job. Better than any closer place. They don't underbake like Pizza Hut or mess everything up like Little Ceasar's (Weaverville location). They follow instructions if you say light cheese unlike the Weaverville PJ's. If I'm cheating on my diet, it's not worth it if the food is messed up and they don't mess it up.“
“Wow! We wanted traditional, hand tossed pizza and NOT a tiny Neapolitan style pie. French Broad Pizza was just what we wanted, huge slices, fresh from the oven, delicious ingredients and reasonable prices considering the size of the pizzas. The pizza counter is in the rear of French Broad Brewery and the neighboring distillery. It's very charming and has outdoor seating on its deck. We really enjoyed the pizza and the setting. Highly recommend French Broad Pizza ?????“
“We have ordered twice through grub hub. They not only have one of the best pizzas I’ve had in the area but my wife says they have best gyro in town as well! Great tasty food. Can’t wait to visit in person! I would have NEVER guessed this food came from a food court :)“
“I love this bar! Such a regulars vibe during the day and the perfect mix of dive/late night/dance vibe at night. The female bartender with short brown hair (I think her name is Kara) always plays the perfect tunes on Sunday evenings. Also, it’s actually affordable booze and IN downtown Asheville.“
“Firstly, I have always loved Papa Johns Pizza, especially, the little added banana peppers in each pizza box!Well, today I didn’t realize I placed my order for pick up until I was notified it was ready. A wonderful person named, MJ answered the phone and with no hesitation helped me change my order today delivery. I am so grateful for your kindness today, thank you!“
“As a teenager who loves pizza, this was easily the best pizza I ever had. I just went here around 8:50 and the service was great. The lady who made my pizza did a great job, the guy who cooked was great as well. Would gladly come here again + workers were very kind. 10/10.“
“We were in town visiting for the weekend. We had spent the day visiting the Biltmore and decided to grab a bite to eat before we settled in for the night. I was in the mood for Italian and this option popped up on the Opendoor app, so I reserved a table for 5:30. We showed up around 5:15 and it was practically empty so we were sat right away. We were sat in a booth directly next to the kitchen. It’s not usually my favorite place to sit because I know the kitchen can be loud (from personal experience as a server for years) however since the restaurant was practically empty, I figured it would be okay. Our server was quiet and a bit timid, but kind overall. We started with the arancini appetizer and it was delicious! We then ordered our entrees, the veal parmesan and the chicken scallopini. It was around this time the kitchen began to get rowdy/loud. Granted, tables were starting to fill up for dinner time but we only counted about 6. I also noticed it was shift swapping time for the staff - however the servers were singing very loudly and banging on the counters in the kitchen. It was distracting for my partner and I. Our food was good - I didn’t expect anything life changing. Toward the end of our meal our server became inattentive and we could not find her for 15 minutes. Another server noticed we needed some assistance and took over. He packed our food and brought us our check. We made sure to tip him, as well. Overall, I would recommend this place for people who are looking for some Italian cuisine. I would compare it to that of Olive Garden quality, food-wise.“
“This is Literally the very best pizza I have ever had in my 33 years! If you’ve ever thought to yourself you’ve already had the best pizza ever NO YOU HAVE NOT! Seriously! I was heading to a party for my rich friends and they had these pizzas laid out on the quartz countertop like a fine woman laying on Daytona beach! I got there almost 2 hrs after they had the pizzas delivered and mind you I was not drunk at all because sweet tea is cheaper and taste better than any alcoholic drink, I only bring this up to better personify how clear headed I was, I picked up one of these massive slices of pepperoni that was almost cold and once I had partaken of this heavenly slice I knew right then and there that it was THE VERY BEST PIZZA EVER!“
