“We tried a lot of breweries on our trip to Asheville and this spot was my favorite. They had a good selection of dark beer and some really unique, complex flavors. I had a coffee sour that I really enjoyed. We also had the fried tofu and it was good! The atmosphere here is really nice— like a forest cabin ambiance.“

“Oyster House Brewing Company in Asheville was excellent. The drinks were great, the food was delicious, and everything we ordered felt fresh and well prepared.
We had the shrimp po’ boy, raw Blackberry oysters on the half shell, oyster shooters with vodka, homemade lemonade, deviled eggs topped with fried oysters, and the grilled trout dish. The deviled eggs with fried oysters were a standout and a really memorable dish. The grilled trout was phenomenal and easily one of the highlights of the meal. The oysters were fresh and tasty, the po’ boy was very good, and the oyster shooters were a fun addition. The homemade lemonade was also delicious and a nice touch.
Overall, this was a great stop in Asheville for seafood, drinks, and a relaxed meal. I would definitely recommend it, especially for oysters, seafood plates, creative small plates, and a good bar experience.“

“We really like this place. The atmosphere was like eating in the workings of the brew house.
The food was very good. I ordered the shrimp n grits. My wife had the GF wings.
The in house beers had a German theme. I ordered the Bamburg beer. Great taste. Non of that micro brew hoppy flavor.
You order at the counter. They bring it to the table. They never said to but there is a big sign above the buss area. So we dutifully bussed our table.
I tipped 20%. I should have kept 10% for myself.“

“I requested a 2 night stay in my Harvest Host / Boondockers app. I got a quick approval in mins. The brewery was easy to get to, had lots of parking & there was a small local band playing when I arrived. Sky was my very friendly bartender. I asked for a beer suggestion than was on the lighter side. He suggested the Cowboy Poet. He was spot on. I also ordered food from the pizza place. Was really delicious. I got to see Sky on my second night also. I would definitely revisit. The information & description of what to expect were exact. Thank you for sharing your business with the camping community.“

“Average for today prices, great food, fried chicken sandwich was delicious with whiskey pickles that tasted as if they marinated in a different but great brine(didn’t taste like whiskey) and the fries were awesome. First time there. Enjoyed!“

In all my days, I have never experienced the shear joy & unparalleled ecstasy that this establishment has offered me in a brewery experience. To say that a good time was had by all would be the understatement of the decade. After a long day of traversing the mountains with my friends, our weary souls happened upon a symbol the likes of which few in the world have ever seen. Needless to say once we gave our bodies the rest and refreshment they so desperately craved, we were filled with new life. These beverages (and indeed this entire building) offers a sublime experience I can only hope more individuals come to know and love.
