DSSOLVR is a brewery located downtown with a neat space, pinball, and a chill atmosphere. The service is friendly, and it has a unique personality. Guests enjoy the large selection of brews, including the highly regarded New England and West Coast IPAs, as well as a great variety of sour beers. The peanut butter marshmallow sour is especially noted as a favorite. Their homemade seltzer is flavorful yet not too sweet. The outdoor area offers a nice place to relax, and there are plenty of street parking options nearby. The patio is great, and the Hazy beer stands out as a must-try.

The brewery has a dark/punk/horror/metal vibe, and the selection of unique sours is impressive. The Italian Pilsner is also top-notch. Customers love the great beers, including the outstanding cheesecake ones, as well as the pinball, a 20' skeleton, and the TVs with monster trucks and Bob Ross playing. The sour beer is a must-try, as the brewery brings true craftsmanship to the process of creating such a hard style of beer. Customers also enjoyed the cask Special Bitter, which reminded them of the cask ales they had in the UK, and the red, white, and blue pop sour.
