“I had placed my order and couldn't find a way to say I wanted cooked time an a half I called but goes to over seas and I got stuck in the most annoying loop of automatic recording. I got to the store before I was connected! Moral of story don't hit done unless u check it multiple times or ur in the parking lot so u can tell them things lol thankfully they took out of box and slid it back in for me. Good pizza good deals! USE THEIR APP u will save a lot!“

“Our first time eating at the rooftop restaurant and we are so glad we did. We had pizza-Margarita and the Meatball ricotta. Both delicious. Some shared the chicken wings and crass salad, both very good! Kyndall was our server and she was very attentive and friendly. Also had Affogato for dessert and it was so delicious. Would recommend for anyone.“

“Food is fantastic.
You order at the counter and then find a seat. No wait. Server brought it out quickly after we sat down within a few minutes.
Biscuits are large and fresh with a nice crust outside, lite and fluffy inside. I had the classic, 2 eggs, (over easy), fried potatoes (crispy and not greasy),all three meats (country ham — leaner than spiral, more salty, but good! Chopped sausage — tye good kind that looks like a smash burger. Very lean, good mix of herbs and spices. The bacon was lean, thick, crispy). Plate had a radiccio, friesse and radish salad.
Topped it off with a cortada — great meal to start the day.
Nice place in door or outside.

“We had the California Club and the Italian hoagies. They were absolutely amazing. I highly advise them both and leave everything on it. I usually change things or leave off some but I didn’t and I loved ot as my wife did too.“

“Tabatha and Alicea did an excellent job despite being short-staffed. They made sure every customer was served fairly and were very apologetic about the longer wait times. They kept everyone informed and reassured us that we would be taken care of as soon as possible.
They handled everything efficiently, and our food came out surprisingly fast considering how busy they were. Most importantly, the food was delicious!
This was our first time coming back in about four years since we were visiting the area again, and we’re so glad our experience was such a positive one. Tabatha and Alicea showed great teamwork, professionalism, and customer service. They definitely deserve recognition for how well they handled a difficult situation!“

“My wife and I have made it a holiday tradition to dine at The Original Vinnie’s Neighborhood Italian every time we visit Asheville. If you’re looking for a meal that feels genuinely authentic and welcoming, this is the one spot you absolutely have to visit.\n\nThe Food We started with the house-made fried mozzarella sticks, and I’m not exaggerating when I say they are by far the best I’ve ever had. For the main course, I had the sausage, peppers, and onions, while my wife went with the twice-baked lasagna. Both dishes were delicious, high-quality, and more than enough to satisfy a hearty appetite.\n\nThe Service We did have a small hiccup getting a table when we first arrived, but the manager was excellent. Once the issue was brought to their attention, they stepped in immediately to make sure we were seated and taken care of quickly.\n\nOne Quick Tip The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is the parking. It’s notoriously difficult to find a spot nearby, and since they do not take reservations, you’ll want to arrive well ahead of time to account for the hunt for a parking space and the likely wait for a table.\n\nIt’s a local favorite for a reason—totally worth the extra effort!“

“I stay at this hotel way more than I care to admit, and make good use of the dining options. Very rarely do I venture out for food or drink because of what’s available at District 42.
The recent menu changes have been exceptional. Adding basic bar food like chicken tenders with fries was a smart choice and now offers something for the younger guests (e.g. kids). An update to the pizza offerings was the right move. The Ruben is so tasty (although the bread is so fresh it tends to fall apart). Paring down the dessert menu to a few items has also worked out. You. Must. Try. The. Olive. Oil. Cake.

“Eat here about 3 times a week! A not so hidden gem in downtown Asheville that has an awesome story and amazing food and brews! If you are interested in the brewing industry, White Labs is a must see/must visit! They also have free parking! I hear their HR person is pretty awesome too 😜.“
