Food is fantastic.
You order at the counter and then find a seat. No wait. Server brought it out quickly after we sat down within a few minutes.
Biscuits are large and fresh with a nice crust outside, lite and fluffy inside. I had the classic, 2 eggs, (over easy), fried potatoes (crispy and not greasy),all three meats (country ham — leaner than spiral, more salty, but good! The best biscuit I have ever eaten. I had butter and strawberry jam on my biscuit but there were other options. This is my first stop for breakfast when I return to Asheville.

Flour is a great spot for breakfast in downtown Asheville. The breakfast was delicious, and the bacon was especially outstanding—crispy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Their biscuits are fresh and buttery, making the breakfast sandwiches a real treat.
