The new menu is great. The meatball sub was delicious and so was the salad. The hosts were a little too under dressed and not very friendly though out waitress was great and did a wonderful job. Good beer selection. Hope they can get their liquor permit sometime to accommodate those that don't drink beer/wine. A staple in Asheville for sure.
I've heard this place was haunted. I didn't think so until I got my plain cheese pizza, only to find half the cheese missing. The ghosts must love cheese ? all joking set aside, I love this place! It has good food as well, and pool tables. I went to the top floor, as this is the part of the bar that's open until I think 1am. This is the floor with the pool tables.

Visited in October 2014. We skipped the food and headed straight to the bar, where a flight featuring local brews was available. The selection was quite nice, the service was satisfactory, and the beers were quite good.
