We wanted to try the new Chicken Philly. I recently ordered 3 meals along with other items. The sandwich was good however we were asked to pull forward while the sandwiches were being made which took 15 + minutes. They were hot and fresh but everything else was cold. I get it, it's new, and we ordered 3. I decided to try again, this time I only ordered 1. However the result was the same. Pull forward, 15+ minutes to make 1 sandwich. I became a little worried while waiting in line because it was taking so long, and then I started reading all the negative reviews, but the guy at the counter explained they were shorthanded. After we ordered, the food came out fast and was as expected. I even said something d*** to the young man, and he pointed out I was wrong but in a very polite manner. The staff did a good job, especially since there were only four of them in-house.

There food is amazing I LOVE ITThe number 1 is so good!! But I do not like the waiting..it does not take that much but not that fast…! And the fries I order them with out seasoning and they give it to me with seasoning!Pls change that when I go order!
