I came through the drive-through and ordered a bucket of chicken they told me they didn't have enough and would have to mix it with extra crispy to fulfill my order. What ever happened to just cooking more chicken? When I pay for something, I usually expect what I'm trying to order. But since I drove 25 minutes, I took what they could give me. Picked up our order through the drive-through on the way home from picking up our grandkids. We live an hour away. We didn't check the order and were missing the kids' chicken tenders. Called the company, and they said they would tell who they needed to and we'd hear back. It's been a week, and no one has called or put the $15.00 back in our account. KFC is getting as bad as McDonald's. They always get the order wrong, forget part of the order, and charge way too much
