Why stay open till 1 let a DoorDash order be placed said your order is being made when you didn’t have half of the stuff for the order was no doordasher available left work to get told you was out of a lot of what we ordered so ask if I could have what they did have of the order got told no they couldn’t if they didn’t have it all said had to ask DoorDash for a refund to get told by DoorDash out of a 86 dollar order they could only refund what they get paid and that was like 15 of was still open couldn’t leave work again to get them to refund my card called at least 10 times and was ignored and finally got them and they was really rude

I don't know how KFC was because they was closed at 6pm for"kitchen maintenance"! Isn't that something to do BEFORE you open?! I tried and tried to place an order on my mobile app before I drove to the store to find it closed. It would be a great place for a restaurant.

Would not take my order at 10:03 pm ...walk in door was unlocked ...I was standing at the counter .... drive thru was backed up so I decided to go in and order then leave with the food ...with diesel fuel at 4$ per gallon. I'm not idling for 20 minutes ... I told her to keep her chicken !

Picked up our order through the drive-through on the way home from picking up our grandkids. We live an hour away. We didn't check the order and were missing the kids' chicken tenders. Called the company, and they said they would tell who they needed to and we'd hear back. It's been a week, and no one has called or put the $15.00 back in our account. KFC is getting as bad as McDonald's. They always get the order wrong, forget part of the order, and charge way too much

I came through the drive-through and ordered a bucket of chicken they told me they didn't have enough and would have to mix it with extra crispy to fulfill my order. What ever happened to just cooking more chicken? When I pay for something, I usually expect what I'm trying to order. But since I drove 25 minutes, I took what they could give me. The crispy chicken was crispy, at least. I can't say the same for the original. The last few times I've eaten here, the original seemed kind of soggy or slightly undercooked. I don't know if they're pulling their chicken too early in the pressure cookers or the temperature is off, but they might want to check this out.

Sometimes when the food is mediocre and the service is great it makes the food better. I cannot remember the name of the girl who took our order and was at the window but she was so friendly. She was blonde and younger. It's better than that other girl who is usually taking orders in the late evening hours. I hope her kindness takes over!!

Food is just fair. The tables are dirty. They hide the condiments, salt,pepper, hot sauce, and not enough napkins. Service is poor and clerks get annoyed if you can.t make sense of their menu and price list. Not a fun place to go!
