Food is always hot, & fresh, & the employees are so friendly & helpful. The hostess, Carolyn, is always welcoming, and the store is always clean, & the kiosks stocked. I love Chick-fil-A! ❤️Parking: I like parking behind the store, and going in back door!
Just did a complicated $50+ order on the app. Everything was perfect down to light ice in one drink no ice in another all the correct sauces with the right amount selected. This is the best service I have ever received in this town. Elizabethton restaurants have a bad name but this one was above and beyond perfect fries perfect sandwiches. Thank you team!!!! Keep up the good work managers and team. I called and thanked the manager I believe his name was Jason.

I used to love Chick-fil-A however, like everyone else, their portion is much smaller than it used to be. The chicken breast used to be a lot bigger. I've noticed over the last couple years that it's much thinner.
