“Went here tonight for dinner one seever Ms.Debbie served a full dining room over 40 people in under 40 minutes. She handled the entire room with grace especially when a rude customer complained how long it was taking for the food.Not one minute after the lady complained and Debbie had to apologize twice their food wS on the table. I sure hope the owner recognizes the gift he has in this server and he should grace her with a spa day somewhere soon! The food was good and the service was top notch! Where I come from you don't even get seated for an hour much less have a seat and never have an empty glass while you wait for your food.Debbie you were awesome!”

“Omg!! I came here from Austin tx. I know my tex mex! It is my comfort food. I was not prepared to find such a magical hidden gem of homey deliciousness here in Erwin, but I did! The service is incredible. I have been to highly rated spots whose servers don't know the balance of check in and small talk, bit this is the hands down spot to go is you want some authentic, delicious, tex- mex style Mexican food. The chorizo isn't greasy and gross, the chipotle chicken is got, bit smokey and deep, the enchiladas are rich and incredible. Do your gut biome, and taste buds a favor, and mark this place on your map to eat at!!!!”

“Consistently good service and great food! They have a really nice selection of bourbons/whiskies and good bartenders. Bartenders will come to your table and ask questions sometimes to ensure they get it right. It’s not just their smoked meats that are so good either, their sides are terrific! The fried ocra is like my grandmother used to make.”

The dining area here is so relaxing whether it's outside on the patio enjoying the sunshine or inside where it's very warm and welcoming. The service is great and the food is beyond words, so much flavor and definitely worth every bite. I would give this restaurant 10 stars if I could. “What a treasure of a coffee cafe The Moon Coffee and Tea House is in Johnson City, towards the east end of downtown. Great atmosphere the moment you walk in, and very welcoming. Sophia was helpful in my coffee choice, and delivered it to my table. There is an extensive coffee and tea menu, as well food items. I tried The Maple Cream Latte, and it was delicious. Parking is a little dicey, but well worth a slight walk. Love this new found coffee spot, and highly recommend it.”

“What an awesome place to grab a bite! There was literally something for everyone! I came with a group that had someone with celiac and a couple other folks were vegetarian. It’s not often we can go anywhere that everyone has plenty of options to choose from! The food portions were massive and super super good! My one tiny complaint is that it takes quite a long time to be prepared, and we were on a time crunch so we had to pack up our food and take it with us pretty soon after it arrived. But as long as you don’t have any time restraints, then this place is a 10! Affordable, delicious, and has lots of choices. I’ll def be back next time I’m in the area.”

“Let me just say, thank you to the girl working today she made my burger correctly with special instructions over the phone. Pleasant experiences every time I go to Vegan Town. Love the vegan quesadilla, waffles, today I got the Big Daddy burger and fries both were hot and fresh! I also enjoyed the Açaí smoothie as well. So very good with nutritional ingredients to live a vegetarian lifestyle!”

“First time visiting, excellent food. Place was crowded at first but eventually emptied as it got closer to closing time.

The fried rice is some of the best I've had. Not greasy, but very flavorful. The fried plantain side dish is delicious.

All our food was hot and fresh, although it was delivered to our table in sequence rather than all at once. The dishes are authentically Venezuelan, I'm not sure you can get this food anywhere else.

They offer dining in, take out, or delivery.

For dining in, I recommend sitting at a booth, some of the seating near the windows has folding chairs that are not very comfortable.

There are two accessible restrooms 🚻 🚻 available, and the entrance is accessible♿ as well. Plenty of parking🅿 .”

“I will first say it was the most we’ve ever spent on pizza. They are small for the price. That being said, it was the best pizza we’ve had in a long time. We had 3 adult size people, we got 3 pizzas and garlic bread. The teenager and husband ate an entire pizza each on their own. Very delicious, will definitely be back. The teenager ate the most of the garlic bread. Hardly any leftovers. Everyone needs to try this place at least once. Delicious”

“stopped by today with my son was feeling socially overwhelmed and then they ask me about seating I said somewhere quiet. they directed me to their beautiful lounge. I wasn't feeling super hungry and got a pizza because figured it would reheat well. it was amazing the crust was light and airy the cheese and sauce were perfect. I would have never thought I would have found the perfect pizza in the area but I swear this is it. I hate it all....”

“We had the absolute pleasure of dining at Jackson Prime this past Tuesday. We had the Prime Rib and I’ve never had a better prime rib, it was so good! The Caesar salad was fantastic as well. The desserts were also delicious and huge! Highly recommend this restaurant…it’s top 5 in all of East Tennessee in our opinion.”
