“Went here tonight for dinner one seever Ms.Debbie served a full dining room over 40 people in under 40 minutes. She handled the entire room with grace especially when a rude customer complained how long it was taking for the food.Not one minute after the lady complained and Debbie had to apologize twice their food wS on the table. I sure hope the owner recognizes the gift he has in this server and he should grace her with a spa day somewhere soon! The food was good and the service was top notch! Where I come from you don't even get seated for an hour much less have a seat and never have an empty glass while you wait for your food.Debbie you were awesome!”

“Nuthin fancy here, just good (okay, really EXCELLENT) down-home food. Go for breakfast and be sure to get the biscuits and gravy! I like my eggs over medium-well, the whites cooked and a little yolk still ready to run. In the year I've been eating here, the eggs have been perfect 100% of the time. Where else can you say that? They also serve a GREAT BLT at lunch time, a legit burger, and some other very good stuff. Neither I nor my husband has ever been disappointed in a meal here. Highly recommend these good folks. We've eaten here every couple of weeks ever since we moved here nearly a year ago. Consistent, clean, nice folks, good food, great prices.”

“Order and pay at the front counter. The place was very busy, the wait staff said unusually busy. Are their special sandwich, corned beef, cheese pickles, mayo. I had the sandwich and fries, my wife had the same sandwich and chips. We shared a slice of chocolate cream pie. The food was top notch, both enjoyed the sandwich and the French fries were great. The pie was probably the best chocolate cream pie I've ever eaten. The staff was overwhelmed, our food took the better part of 45 minutes to get to the table. Wait staff was courteous and helpful. We would still go back in a heartbeat even with the long wait.”

“We were in this plaza and this restaurant caught our eye. We are so glad we went in for lunch. It was amazing. Steamed bagel sandwiches. Never had them before but they were so good. They have breakfast options that are available all day. I got the Reedy Reuben on an everything bagel. My husband got the Steamenstein on an Asiago bagel (corned beef, pastrami, Swiss & spicy mustard).
We then each got a Tiger Paw for dessert (plain cream cheese on a French toast bagel with cinammon sugar).
Everything was delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful. You order and pay at the counter and then they bring it out to your table. If you get a drink, you serve yourself at either the soda fountain, fresh coffee, or sweet or unsweetened iced tea.
We will definitely return often when in Johnson City.”
