We had the absolute pleasure of dining at Jackson Prime this past Tuesday. We had the Prime Rib and I’ve never had a better prime rib, it was so good! The Caesar salad was fantastic as well. The desserts were also delicious and huge! Highly recommend this restaurant…it’s top 5 in all of East Tennessee in our opinion.
I happen to be very familiar with Jackson's Prime since I live above the restaurant. This was my second visit—the first was shortly after they opened.
This meal was, without a doubt, one of the best I've had in the area, and easily one of the best steaks I've ever eaten. The quality of the beef absolutely justifies the price.
