Consistently good service and great food! They have a really nice selection of bourbons/whiskies and good bartenders. Bartenders will come to your table and ask questions sometimes to ensure they get it right. It’s not just their smoked meats that are so good either, their sides are terrific! The fried ocra is like my grandmother used to make.
My son and I love the Johnson City location. They have great food and drinks. I've had numerous items on the menu and haven't been disappointed except maybe once in over a year. But what's as good as, or better than the food, that keeps us going back are the servers/bartenders: Isaac, Lindsey, Aubrey and others. They are authentic, attentive and make you feel at home. Hands down the best BBQ we have eaten anywhere! The whole Southern Craft BBQ (Bristol, VA) experience was top notch! Melody (one of the managers) and Josh (our server) made our first experience amazing! We would recommend this restaurant 100%! ♥️
