Went to the new Mimi’ icecream food truck today! It was located at the Burger and Barrel restaurant. We had the Bananas Foster Ice Cream Sunday. It was wonderful. It was vanilla icecream covered with bananas foster, fresh caramelized bananas, with butter and sugar , plus a homemade waffle thing on top with whipped cream. We also had the Baklava Sunday. We had dinner at White Duck Taco and Mimi had their food truck set up in the parking lot. The truck is adorable! They offered a wide variety of cookies and ice creams. We opted to sample the chocolate chip, snickerdoodle (made with The Eighty beer), and the Oreo overload cookies. We would like to try the cookie sundae on our next visit.
