Legitimately the best chocolate chip cookie I have ever had in my came from this food truck. It is salty and sweet, chewy and crispy. When you fall asleep at night and dream of a chocolate chip cookie, this is what it taste like. 11 out of 10!
Mimi’s did an outstanding job at a private wedding event recently. The line to the truck was long the entire evening. Such an awesome concept and even better people that own and operate the business. Highly recommend!!!
