The new and improved Mimi ice cream truck is now conveniently located at the Burger and Barrel restaurant. I had the icecream with fresh baked chocolate cookie. We also had the banana foster sundae . It was amazing. Good job!

Terrible. Paid $13 for freezer burnt ice cream and flavorless cookies. The cookies did have a nice texture, but that's all I can say. They were out of EVERYTHING, including the ice cream we wanted and all the toppings we ordered, which were not cheap. Honestly disappointed.

Went to the new Mimi’ icecream food truck today! It was located at the Burger and Barrel restaurant. We had the Bananas Foster Ice Cream Sunday. It was wonderful. It was vanilla icecream covered with bananas foster, fresh caramelized bananas, with butter and sugar , plus a homemade waffle thing on top with whipped cream. We also had the Baklava Sunday. It was just as good. Nuts, with a Mediterranean honey and citrus sauce with crispy phyllo pastry. It was so good, I didn’t get a picture of that one.

As a frequent customer to mimis I've recently had very bad experiences lately. Not the employees fault but the owners! New owners to be exact, they're not at locations when they're supposed to be and are closing early when they say they're open until 9:30. I've noticed lately that the employees are miserable in the truck and I recently learned that they had no air conditioning! What kind of bosses make their employees work in 90° weather! Ridiculous! Not to mention the cookies have been super hard! It's definitely not what it used to be!

So I was very disappointed with the product from Mimi's on my last visit, it was a hot day and the truck did not have air conditioning and the poor girls working inside were sweating like crazy, I felt very sorry for them. I asked why it was so hot and they said the new owners have not fixed the broken air conditioner, so that gave me impression that the new owners don't care about their employees, as a human resource employee I feel it is shameful not to take better care of your employees.

We had dinner at White Duck Taco and Mimi had their food truck set up in the parking lot. The truck is adorable! They offered a wide variety of cookies and ice creams. We opted to sample the chocolate chip, snickerdoodle (made with The Eighty beer), and the Oreo overload cookies. We would like to try the cookie sundae on our next visit.
As much as I love this place, and I certainly do. I have to tell the truth!! And normally I can't believe when it comes to going there that I have to wait, and when I leave I can't believe my weight? Hahaha
