they were good about making chicken sandwich fresh, BUT, the lettuce on my sandwich was nast wilted, slimey, leaf lettuce. I went back asked for fresh lettuce not wilted and was given another leaf of slimey wilted nasty lettuce. I asked for shredded and was told they changed lettuce to that disgusting leaf lettuce that is wilted and slimey. pics to follow...please see pic in comments
Enjoyed Mary’s disposition but I Just spent $10 on a lunch to bring back to my job. Got back with a bacon cheddar loaded fry and small roast beef sandwich. There’s not even a teaspoon of cheese and bacon on the french fries and there is no sauce in the bag nor on the sandwich. Just a tiny dry sandwich. Also, their website contact page is jacked up so I couldn’t submit complaint.

This Hardee's location has a crew that is always great to see and laugh with in the morning, providing great food to get the day started. The workers, including Shaun (who makes the best biscuits), Tony, Joyce, Lindsey, Audrey, Robert, Summer, and Chasity, are described as doing a fantastic and phenomenal job. The dining room and bathrooms are amazingly clean, making it the cleanest location visited, with everything fresh and very tasty. This is the best Hardee's for eating, and the crew is the best restaurant crew. However, some reviews mention trouble with the store, noting that on some days, the workers are not civil. Despite this, the location recently achieved a Platinum on an EcoSure audit, the highest possible score, while others were closed or received the lowest due to dirtiness. The staff always seems to be hiring, and the comment suggests that people who criticize should work in the industry to gain respect.
