“We recently visited for the first time and had a wonderful experience! The coffee, atmosphere, and staff were all great! They have a wide variety of games. Can’t wait to go back!“

“I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.. we ordered and had coupon .. upon ordering we were over charged and refused the mistake to be refunded . once we got our food . the fries were cold after asking for fresh ones .. half full boxes .. my bigmac was ordered plainly no lettuce light sauce it came out the opposite . the absolute most disgusting mess I've ever seen .. looked like it had been run over by a truck .. I kindly wipe the extra instead of light weird tasting sauce off with napkins to keep from being any trouble .. take 2 bites realize it's not done .. after debating to take the 17$ loss or try to change for other food .. I was refused once again ..saying it was half eaten .. the whole time all this is happening there's other customers there whos having the same trouble with there orders .I'm not worried that much about the $ what gets me the most is my family was treated like we had done something wrong . and refused any thing to change the wrong doing .. in front of customers . they acted like we done something wrong.. were going to talk to legal advice about the service, and the actions of your workers. we were treated like thieves. and was nothing but paying customers like everyone else who comes there .“

“I've came to this location plenty. The staff have been nothing but helpful, kind, and respectful to me, but I will say I have seen them talk to other employees in a tense manner. None the less, If I have ever had an issue it was always handled properly, respectfully, and quickly. This is definitely the best mcdonalds I have ever been to. Thank you to those who work there:)“

“The volunteer parkway starbucks location is awesome! The staff are always friendly and recommend the newest items on the menu. My orders are prepared quickly and I appreciate that drink order is always accurate. A very chill environment to share a coffee with friends or to take a break from a hectic day.“

“I go to this location often. They always get the order accurate. I like that they do their orders as they come in the queue instead of shoving my online orders to the back like I don’t matter. They are always friendly when I come in. Everything looks clean.“

“Very good Dunkin. I only give it 4 stars because the employees were understaffed. They did amazing under the circumstances, but Dunkin should be working to ensure that the employees aren't overwhelmed, as it hurts the overall experience. Otherwise it was great, kudos to the fine folks working there. I hope you all get a raise and a bonus.“

I GOT THE BEST COFFEE IVE EVER HAD FROM STAR BUCKS AND I AM AN EVERYDAY COFFEE GAL!!! SHE WAS SO SWEET, WORKING BY HERSELF AND PULLED IT OFF!!! “If you don’t do it for the coffee/teas, then please stop by for the staff! Every single member of this staff at the Steven’s Trail location is beyond wonderful and friendly. Silas is the burst of energy that us early coffee zombies need. He’s upbeat and positive every time I drive thru. His drink recommendations and spot on. I cannot recommend this location enough! I’ve never had a messed up drink nor a bad experience here. Props to all the employees here for keeping a positive attitude during these crazy times!!!!“
