“Let me just say, thank you to the girl working today she made my burger correctly with special instructions over the phone. Pleasant experiences every time I go to Vegan Town. Love the vegan quesadilla, waffles, today I got the Big Daddy burger and fries both were hot and fresh! I also enjoyed the Açaí smoothie as well. So very good with nutritional ingredients to live a vegetarian lifestyle!“

“The food and coffee were both excellent. The owner is a coffee roaster. My spouse had a cubano coffee and said it was very impressed, which is a complement comming from a Cuban who is very picky about his coffee.“

“There were many ,almost 100 comments posted on FB about the Sexual Assault at Bebettes in Johnson City on Jan 25, 2002. The owners Elizabeth & Matthew Bambargers have not mentioned that Jacob Spiese the criminal charged is Matthew 's Cousin and they brought him to Bebettes, from LA to be a silent Partner and Manager. All of the employee's resigned due to the behavior and a Me2 incident has been covered up. The business in NOT female owned, another lie, the LLC has both husband & wife listed as owners‼️ Their lying to get sympathy and keep customers‼️“

“been to Neuma Coffee and a repeat customer.. personable owners/baristas, put out a good product using quality as their guideline. never had a 'watered' down latte, come on .... actually heading there tomorrow, about 45 minutes ride for me.. wouldn't be going to that trouble if they weren't worth it.. looking forward to trying their pastry offerings, a first for me... good people... couldn't see a way to give 'stars' review, but would be a four or five, for sure....“

“I had such a great experience here today. I was trying to redeem a free drink reward I had earned, but for some reason it disappeared from my account. The employee who helped me was incredibly kind and still gave me my free drink anyway. I wish I had gotten her name because she truly went above and beyond and made my day. “We are from out of state (Texas!) & wanted to try out this coffee shop based on local recommendations. It did not disappoint! The vibe, the food, the drinks were all top notch. It was a bit pricey, but I am happy to support local businesses and the quality of everything was great! The messaging throughout the space of being fearless was also a beautiful touch.“

“It's Starbucks. You should kinda know what you're gonna get with a franchise as big as Starbucks. I will say tho, that some locations like this one that are inside of a grocery store, have a limited menu. Not super limited but they don't always have EVERYTHING you would expect. And some won't let you redeem your points.“

“Auntie Ruth’s Pretzels never disappoint! The pretzels are always soft, buttery, and perfectly golden — you can taste that they’re made fresh. The aroma alone pulls you in, and the first bite totally seals the deal. The staff is friendly and quick, even when there’s a line. Whether it’s the classic salted pretzel or something sweet, everything is delicious. Easily the best pretzels around and totally worth the stop every time!“

“Enjoyed a great brunch in this adorable downtown cafe! Lots of menu options, we had the fig prosciutto crepes, lemon blueberry crepes, and Le Brique club with couscous salad. Everything was made to order, beautifully presented and delicious. This place is a wonderful addition to downtown Kingsport.“

“Very good Dunkin. I only give it 4 stars because the employees were understaffed. They did amazing under the circumstances, but Dunkin should be working to ensure that the employees aren't overwhelmed, as it hurts the overall experience. Otherwise it was great, kudos to the fine folks working there. I hope you all get a raise and a bonus.“

“Tonight, I’ve had the longest day. The latte machine was down, and you guys were out of the food item I wanted! So I told the young lady at the window I trusted her to make me something good! While talking she said you are here early, as I stop frequently on night shift. Told her I had a sick family member I’d just dropped off at a local hospital and I’d be up late. She came back to the window with a drink and something to eat. Told me it was on her and she hoped I had a better night! Both ladies working tonight 10/24/2020, were exceptional and put a smile on a worried face! ♥️ Keep up the excellent work ladies! Meant a lot!“
“I’ve enjoyed coming to this Starbucks. Recently the individual Starbucks stores have been out of so much but this one always has everything. Most of the employees know my roommate and I by now lol. Sumer suggested a certain way to make a drink we love and now we are even more addicted. The employees are all friendly, personable, and kind. “I am being slightly generous with the ratings because I really appreciate local businesses and want them to succeed. There are some improvements needed. The service can really vary with each visit. I have about 3 favorite smoothies, but many of the others are sub par. The store could use an ambiance upgrade. Unfortunately, the store hours are not conducive to morning hours. A smoothie is something often desired in the morning and opening after 9 AM is not helpful for working folks. I will continue to support the business occasionally, and hope that improvements are recognized and acted upon. Thank you.“

“From drive-thru to dining in, their employees are upbeat and pleasant. They don’t over talk but the hellos and welcomes are generally warm. And unlike other locations, the coffee doesn’t smell or taste “burnt” which tells me they’re thankfully cleaning their machines. Makes such a difference. Only complaint….and not their fault just a location thing, their tight drive-thru and turn is terribly difficult for all sizes vehicles. I see and hear people scrape and rub rims entering and leaving their window.“

“We just discovered this wonderful place in Gray... the coffee was awesome & with reasonable pricing .. I had a Large Latte & a Big yummy Cheese danish (heated of course) 😊 less than $10... Very pleasant atmosphere & comfy seating gives a true small town coffee house feel -- we will definitely be back“
