“I love going here! If you want a good milk shake try the Birthday Cake flavor with whip cream! The large is pretty good size and the price is really not bad at all! My favorite coffee is the German Chocolate extra extra sweet with cold foam! But lately because its so hot I have been getting the milk shake! It is thick but you can drink it through the straw! I love fill a tray days! Then I can get both my milk shake and my coffee! 5* ADDING THIS...New Fall flavors today. Hurry in to get yours!“

“If you don’t do it for the coffee/teas, then please stop by for the staff! Every single member of this staff at the Steven’s Trail location is beyond wonderful and friendly. Silas is the burst of energy that us early coffee zombies need. He’s upbeat and positive every time I drive thru. His drink recommendations and spot on. I cannot recommend this location enough! I’ve never had a messed up drink nor a bad experience here. Props to all the employees here for keeping a positive attitude during these crazy times!!!!“

“I had came on or around the 24tg which was a Sunday it was horrible ... The coffee was BAD!!! I CAME BACK TODAY TO SEE IF THEY COULD REDEEM THEMSELVES.... I GOT THE BEST COFFEE IVE EVER HAD FROM STAR BUCKS AND I AM AN EVERYDAY COFFEE GAL!!! SHE WAS SO SWEET, WORKING BY HERSELF AND PULLED IT OFF!!! “I would give 5 but today's experience wasnt great. I have coming here many times and I will continue to come here as a customer however when the two young ladies that took my order and we're disrespectful are working I will not be coming into this location. The older lady and another employee always make my order right on the first go are always happy and very friendly even when it's early in the morning and they just open. However the two people who took my order today they were teenagers and they were polite they were friendly they fixed my drink after they screwed it up the problem is after they fix it they walked away from me and then started talking about me I could tell they were and that's just not cool to do in front of customers. They have a habit of serving burnt coffee and they don't make coffee very well. You can just tell the difference between somebody who loves coffee and enjoys their job and somebody who doesn't put love into their work.“

“I stopped at this location for the first time this morning. It was a few minutes after they opened at 5am. (I didn't even realize they were no longer 24hrs) The lady at the window was VERY nice and the other lady working handed me my food and she was nice as well. Honestly, the service was GREAT!! My order was absolutely correct. I see a lot of bad reviews but I was very impressed with this location, ESPECIALLY the customer service. I will definitely be back!!😊“

“I had walked 8 miles in the hot sun. I walked inside to a clean restaurant where the donuts smelled delicious and I ordered a large sweet tea with a couple of shots of coconut 🥥. It hydrated me and saved me from a heat stroke. And it was so good. The employees were working hard and had a delightful personality.“

“We live near Exit 7. so there's definitely other Dunkin' locations near us that are MUCH closer, one of which we've given multiple chances that has let us down time and time again (see my other reviews) but we go out of our way to go to this location every time officially now.
The folks here at this Dunkin' are absolutely amazing. They're always friendly, the drinks are always made correctly, and the very few times we've ordered donuts / bagels, they've always been fresh.
I'm ashamed to say I don't remember any of the staffs' names because each one of them deserves recognition in their customer services skills.
We know with complete confidence when we go here that we will get a positive experience every time.
10/10. Zero complaints.

“I went through the drive thru yesterday (7/3/26) around 6pm and received great service. The cashier that took my order was accurate, friendly and helpful. They were kind when I added on an M&M McFlurry at the payment window. I know, maybe I shouldn't have done that but I had forgotten to order at the speaker. I received the correct modifications to my burger and got all the sauces I asked for as well as an appropriate amount of napkins and did get the spoon and straw, some places forget those. I was pleased with my order and know that this is a location that I can return to for accurate and good service.“
