I always order venti caramel crunch. Extra caramel and as much extra crunch as they can get in the cup and they always make it PERFECT!!
the drinks at a franchise should be made the same at each for consistency. Neither of the Carmel drinks our family recieved were consistent with the ones we got in FL, GA,AL,and NC
