It was great. I have no complaints.
Carmel Machiattos are just not made right any more. Carmel is in the name. MOM said hers you couldn't even tell Carmel was in it. a Carmel ribbon crunch also had very little Carmel. The peppermint mocha was as expected
Everyone is always so nice, they never mess up my order, and anytime I come in they know me by name!! Very great starbucks!! Infinity stars!!

Based on the reviews, the Volunteer Parkway Starbucks location is considered the best in the Tri-Cities. The staff are always friendly and recommend the newest items on the menu. Orders are prepared quickly and the drink order is always accurate. The environment is very chill for sharing a coffee with friends or taking a break from a hectic day. The service is exceptional, and the employees are the nicest group of people. They do a great job with any drink and know the usual orders. They are exceptionally fast, even when there is a line. The staff makes customers feel valuable and important. If a drink is made wrong, they will gladly remake it until it is right. They take accountability and apologize. The store is clean. Some staff members are noted for their kindness. One employee named Matt was exceptionally kind when a customer confused the drink size, making the large drink anyway. Another trio of employees, K, Nanny, and Emm, worked together with pure teamwork and synergy. They made the visit unforgettable with their customer service and bar-making talent. The staff never fails to make customers feel like they are loved, even when they were a complete stranger.
