Ordered a venti Carmel Frappuccino with NO WHIP CREAM, watch them hand it to the drive thru person and it had, yep, you guessed it, stooopid whip cream. Instead of making a new one, she dumped it all back into the blender, in plain view of the drive thru, mixed it, poured it back into a cup and tried to give it to me. When paying $8 for a drink, I kinda expect it to be right especially when the only change was NO WHIP CREAM. This isn't the first time I've caught them doing this, I normally just take the drink and trash it to be polite but it's getting old... hire folks who know how to make a drink order and not just look at pictures of how it's supposed to be made. Reading skills are always a plus too.

So I’m a very picky eater and I work night shift so I get off work at 6:30 am anyways, I went here a little bit before 7 am and asked if I could get the ham and Swiss baguette without cheese and they weren’t sure but we’re not only able to do it but super sweet about it and will 1000% be back… probably tomorrow morning

This Starbucks is our go to EVERYDAY! We have always been greeted with a smile & our orders are alway correct! Definitely recommend this one over any in the area!

It's very hit or miss here. I've had decent service and deplorable service. A while back I ordered a drink and a sandwich. The server was polite until I paid at the drive-thru window and he checked to see if I left a tip (I never do at the window) so then he made a face at me and did not speak to me again-my order was handed out to me in total silence accompanied by a "stink eye". When I got home and went to eat my sandwich, it was only bread. Come on, that was such a deliberate action on their part, all from a lack of a tip at the drive-thru window. Two star rating for the earlier good service but I'll never go back to this Starbucks again. Better service at their grocery store kiosks!EDIT: This review is for the Starbucks on Volunteer Parkway next to the Lowe's.

I wouldn’t recommend going here. I simply asked the server at the window which drink in my order she was handing to be sure it got to the right person, instead of telling me she decided to shake her head and sigh loudly before saying “is something wrong with it or something?” no sense of customer service from that one at all. her name was Kyleigh i’d expect at least a smile instead of straight attitude for asking just a simple question. do better starbucks.

Starbucks in Bristol is our go to location. Staff is always friendly and our drink orders are ways on point! It's a hit or miss on if they are busy or not but even with a drive thru line they move pretty quickly.

I ordered a Venti pink drink (which is almost $7 by the way) and something didn’t look right when I got it… then I realized it didn’t have the strawberries in it. :( if we are paying this much for a drink, please make it the way it’s supposed to be made. Or tell the customer when they order so they can choose something else if all the ingredients aren’t going to be in the drink.

I order 2 to 3 Carmel ribbon crunch almost everyday in the mornings. A few days ago we got 3 and they looked white I knew it was wrong but did not have the time to fix it so my mother called and the women said she would replace our order come to find out the women didn’t even write anything down in the office. So today I got one replaced and had to pay for the other two thanks to the women that didn’t do her job correctly and didn’t write our name down and didn’t get us fixed.

This was my first and last time at this Starbucks. The service was horrible. I paid almost six dollars for a grande that was halfway full. When I received my pastry, I said thank you and she walked off like she didn’t hear me.
