“A hidden gem that I’ve only gotten to go to twice but what a treat each time. The chicken salad, oatmeal cream pie and vanilla matcha with black cherry cold foam were absolutely lovely. The cozy and unique atmosphere really make this place special!“

“The volunteer parkway starbucks location is awesome! The staff are always friendly and recommend the newest items on the menu. My orders are prepared quickly and I appreciate that drink order is always accurate. A very chill environment to share a coffee with friends or to take a break from a hectic day.“

“If you don’t do it for the coffee/teas, then please stop by for the staff! Every single member of this staff at the Steven’s Trail location is beyond wonderful and friendly. Silas is the burst of energy that us early coffee zombies need. He’s upbeat and positive every time I drive thru. His drink recommendations and spot on. I cannot recommend this location enough! I’ve never had a messed up drink nor a bad experience here. Props to all the employees here for keeping a positive attitude during these crazy times!!!!“

“We live near Exit 7. so there's definitely other Dunkin' locations near us that are MUCH closer, one of which we've given multiple chances that has let us down time and time again (see my other reviews) but we go out of our way to go to this location every time officially now.

The folks here at this Dunkin' are absolutely amazing. They're always friendly, the drinks are always made correctly, and the very few times we've ordered donuts / bagels, they've always been fresh.

I'm ashamed to say I don't remember any of the staffs' names because each one of them deserves recognition in their customer services skills.

We know with complete confidence when we go here that we will get a positive experience every time.

“I come to this Starbucks often to study and truly love the atmosphere! They have an amazing manger, Debby, she is so cheerful and truly has an amazing team. All the staff is so kind and caring and you can tell they enjoy their jobs! I was studying today and she walked through the door and they were all excited to see her! This was their launch day for Christmas drinks and although it can be a stressful time, they were all so kind and patient!! “I went through the drive thru yesterday (7/3/26) around 6pm and received great service. The cashier that took my order was accurate, friendly and helpful. They were kind when I added on an M&M McFlurry at the payment window. I know, maybe I shouldn't have done that but I had forgotten to order at the speaker. I received the correct modifications to my burger and got all the sauces I asked for as well as an appropriate amount of napkins and did get the spoon and straw, some places forget those. I was pleased with my order and know that this is a location that I can return to for accurate and good service.“

“I've came to this location plenty. The staff have been nothing but helpful, kind, and respectful to me, but I will say I have seen them talk to other employees in a tense manner.
