Little Caesars Reviews
we ordered for delivery, our driver only gave us one out of nine items and it was burnt. So my husband drove to the store to resolve this and get our food. The csr helping him did not care and rudely told him, "we're not going to refund you and we're not going to remake your order." as a former little caesars employee, I'm extremely angry that this is how she handled our issue. She should be fired and that store should be watched closely to monitor quality or be shut down. This...read full review
Ordered a large extra most bestest cheese pizza with extra cheese crazy crusted. I got a large regular cheese pizza. The girl at the window handed me the pizza and said here ya go and ran to the back.
Pizza was fresh and the employees were very helpful

Little Caesars Pizza offers delicious beef and pepperoni pizzas, as well as bread sticks. The pizza is known for its great taste, and the bread sticks are a popular choice. The restaurant's customer service is commendable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a positive dining experience. The location on Euclid next to Food City has a drive-thru, making it convenient for customers on the go. Recently, the store introduced new desserts, although they were not available during a recent visit. Customers praise the staff for their friendliness and willingness to provide options to save money. The Bristol Tennessee location is especially known for making pizza the way customers like it, earning high praise for their quality. Some reviews mention that the pizza can sometimes be slightly undercooked or not sliced properly, but overall, the pizza and bread sticks are still a good value. There is also a humorous note about the inconsistent amount of cheese on the pizza, with some customers joking about the difficulty of getting extra cheese to show. Despite minor issues, Little Caesars remains an affordable and popular choice for pizza.
