“we just recently moved to the area and went to Alfredo's a few months ago for the first time. this food is amazing. I can tell you right now I am really fussy when it comes to calzones, and their spinach mushroom calzone was the best around. their salads are beautifully fresh and tasty and so big! and I can't even describe the Egyptian bread because I could eat it everyday until I die. LOL. the owner is super nice the atmosphere is clean and there's a huge menu selection. definitely check it out you won't be disappointed“

“I think I found a go-to for spaghetti and lasagna in Bristol. Italiano Cafe I wanted to try a few different things so I ordered spaghetti and meatballs, baked spaghetti and lasagna. I thought the portions would be as small as Olive Garden or Mama Mia's in Abingdon. I was wrong. Not only does this taste better than those 2, these portions are HUGE. It's a 12 inch pie pan full+. For $12-13. 🤓“

“Super friendly and professional staff. Loving the 80's and 90's music selection. They have really good sweet tea and my all meat pizza was great. I asked for it well done and that girl made it crispy brown. ask for a marinara for the crust YUM ! wish they had more of a dessert choice I vote to change....a little expensive but everything is anymore): keep up the good work“

“The staff is very friendly and food served fast. Our pizza was served hot and steamy. Although I would have liked a crispy crust the flavor was excellent. We had garlic fries and mozzarella sticks, both were shareable dishes. Although inside the HardRock Casino the atmosphere and energy was high. Excellent for a quick dinner.“

“Wanted to shout out the crew at the Bristol Va store #037662. We have been ordering from this location for about 6-8 months and the staff (Ashley in particular) has been gracious and making a seemingly mundane task of ordering food a fun experience. The food is always fresh and quality is great. We had an issue with the last pizza not being very hot and spoke with Ashley tonight prior to ordering and she ensured the door dash driver placed the pizza in a delivery bag to keep it hot. Pizza came piping hot and yet another fast and great order from this location and staff, they deserve some kudos.“

“Justin and Tina went above and beyond to make things right. I ordered pepperoni on the app and got home and they were cheese? The app must have glitched out and when I called and explained they remade the pizza no questions asked. Great crew great food.“

“One of Bristol‘s best kept secrets: daily lunch buffet! we were truly impressed. A wide variety of pizzas, a very nice, fresh, and generous salad bar, even dessert pizza. Plus your drink – all for $9.99! You could not have asked for better service. Even though it’s a buffet, you were waited on hand and foot, including bringing your drinks and refills and asking if there’s anything you would like, several times. The gentleman who was working the dining room was very, very nice. I liked that their menu also included hot hoagies – something I haven’t found much of around here. We will definitely be ordering to go and going back for the luncheon Buffet often! highly recommend!“
