“The food is great but the store is disgusting. We refuse to dine in. I've worked in the restaurant business for over 30 years and it's very clear that the closing steps are being skipped every night. This isnt a one time deal and I don't catch them on a bad day, it's buildup. I did you all a favor by not posting pictures. If the staff use the same bathroom as the customers I'd hate to know they are using that same bathroom and then prepping my food. We get to-go orders and choose to just ignore the mess or we wouldn't be able to eat Wingstop in this area. The franchise owner clearly doesn't stop in.“

“Wanted to shout out the crew at the Bristol Va store #037662. We have been ordering from this location for about 6-8 months and the staff (Ashley in particular) has been gracious and making a seemingly mundane task of ordering food a fun experience. The food is always fresh and quality is great. We had an issue with the last pizza not being very hot and spoke with Ashley tonight prior to ordering and she ensured the door dash driver placed the pizza in a delivery bag to keep it hot. Pizza came piping hot and yet another fast and great order from this location and staff, they deserve some kudos.“

“Justin and Tina went above and beyond to make things right. I ordered pepperoni on the app and got home and they were cheese? The app must have glitched out and when I called and explained they remade the pizza no questions asked. Great crew great food.“

“Had the chicken fingers and wings. Wanted to try the new dry rubs. Chicken fingers were hot an delicious. Order was messed up, ordered traditional wings but got boneless instead. Restaurant fixed order. Boneless wings were overcooked and not very good with a dry rub. These wings would be better sauced. The replacement wings with Nashville hot rub were tasty and fresh but could use a lot more flavor. Remaining part of meal included the fries an bread which were delicious. Staff was very friendly.“

“An employee named Teresa helped us purchase a gift card so we could use the recent promotions we had seen online but didn't realize that it was online order only. We place our order through the app so that we could collect rewards for our account. She was super friendly and helpful. The food came out hot and fresh (all but the fries) in a timely manner.

On a side note I really miss the buffet, used to come by and eat there when I was a kid.“
