“It really excites me that there are Bojangles locations nearby. This one happens to be my favorite but that could be a result of being conveniently located not far from home. The access is awesome and parking is hassle-free. The food is always fresh and the space is always clean. Fried Chicken is my favorite and this is where I always go to cure the craving. The staff members are forever inviting and extremely helpful offering top notch customer service.“

“The food is great but the store is disgusting. We refuse to dine in. I've worked in the restaurant business for over 30 years and it's very clear that the closing steps are being skipped every night. This isnt a one time deal and I don't catch them on a bad day, it's buildup. I did you all a favor by not posting pictures. If the staff use the same bathroom as the customers I'd hate to know they are using that same bathroom and then prepping my food. We get to-go orders and choose to just ignore the mess or we wouldn't be able to eat Wingstop in this area. The franchise owner clearly doesn't stop in.“

“Wanted to shout out the crew at the Bristol Va store #037662. We have been ordering from this location for about 6-8 months and the staff (Ashley in particular) has been gracious and making a seemingly mundane task of ordering food a fun experience. The food is always fresh and quality is great. We had an issue with the last pizza not being very hot and spoke with Ashley tonight prior to ordering and she ensured the door dash driver placed the pizza in a delivery bag to keep it hot. Pizza came piping hot and yet another fast and great order from this location and staff, they deserve some kudos.“

“Had the chicken fingers and wings. Wanted to try the new dry rubs. Chicken fingers were hot an delicious. Order was messed up, ordered traditional wings but got boneless instead. Restaurant fixed order. Boneless wings were overcooked and not very good with a dry rub. These wings would be better sauced. The replacement wings with Nashville hot rub were tasty and fresh but could use a lot more flavor. Remaining part of meal included the fries an bread which were delicious. Staff was very friendly.“

Seriously though I’m impressed, did pick up for pepperoni Pizza Roll … frickin amazing, great flavor fresh ingredients & really low price for the big portion. It’s really delicious!! Then I got the Molten lava cake something something and ooooh my it’s a little crunchy perfect chocolate with that warm melted chocolate center… you get 3 & may NOT wanna share after 1st bite. .. so the food was better than I expected The staff greeted me from the moment I walked very high energy in a polite professional way. They were personable bright happy group of people. Heck even if the food hadn’t been so good I may have just gone back to say Hi to such a great positive group of people!!!! pS the pizza roll i pic is missing a few bites“

“Accompanied a coworker for lunch. Restaurant was clean - including the restroom. I ordered the pot pie since a friend recommended it. It was delicious! It was hot with ample filling & the crust was light, flaky & tasty. I would definitely recommend this location & especially the pot pie.“
