We drove from Abingdon to Bristol and spent over $50 for Zaxby’s just for the food to be disappointing. We tried to contact the store by phone several times and no one answered. This is truly upsetting. Unfortunately, we will not be revisiting this location.
A Miracle would probably be the only way.

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers chicken fingers, wings, and a Signature sandwich. The chicken fingers were hot and delicious, and the fries and bread were delicious. However, some food quality has become a little disappointing. The boneless chicken tasted like it had been sitting too long, and a Signature sandwich was not what was expected. An order was messed up, with traditional wings replaced by boneless wings that were overcooked. The Nashville hot rub wings were tasty and fresh but could use more flavor. The restaurant fixed the order. The staff was very friendly, and the service was the best at one location, with a very friendly crew and order taker. One drive thru had a 30-minute wait for ok food, but the woman working went above and beyond to remain positive.
