Each car coming through drive thru was pulled. The worker asked us to pull into the parking spot for pickup and made it seem like it was multiple spots. We didn’t know to pull near the curve due to the workers not informing us to. So the worker carrying out the food had to go car to car to figure out whos food was as who’s. We counted 6 cars in waiting. Better communication on things because not everyone knows. Also ordered our food with no silverware or napkins. Food was alright. But can’t eat a salad without a fork.

This Zaxbys is the worst. I've eaten at several Zaxbys throughout the Southeast, but I've never seen one like this. Poor food quality, chicken fingers were cold, employees are not helpful, and the trash was overflowing the top of the trash cans. Employees were standing around and lazy towards customers and their general cleaning duties. Poorly managed store. Struggling to do even the basic things right.

Service was fast. That's the only good thing. The wings were super dry and cold. I'm sure they were under a heat lamp for hours. On top of that they shorted me by two wings on a ten piece traditional. I called to let them know and got a smart reply of "Well at least you got most of them." If it wasn't for the lady that took my order it would have been a one star. Very disappointed. I really like Zaxby's as a whole, just not this location.

My problem isn’t with Zaxby’s my problem is with THIS Zaxby’s, they take forever to finish simple orders and whenever they’re fast they forget stuff.I pay an extra 80 cents for a large with extra seasoning, I got a regular with NO seasoning and no sauce. So I’m stuck eating plain, bland fries because a bunch of high schoolers want to cut down on their drive-thru time without actually putting in the work (making cars park at the door whenever no one is behind them). I’m about to stop going to this Zaxby’s until they figure out how to actually do service, McDonalds isn’t as good, but I’d rather worse food and actually getting what I order, rather than this.

They definitely have chicken. It wasn't bad by any means. It was clean, the restrooms were clean, good service but I don't think I will eat here again just based on my tastes.

10 boneless wings + small fries + small drink = $18??
The "self serve" soda machine is totally messed up and has been for months. It does not mix the syrup with the carbonate, so all you get is carbonate. Awful. You will have to get your soda from the drive thru. Also, the counter-help does not give you condiments unless you ask for them, and they do not seem to know what "chicken finger sauce" is. Consumers beware!!.... Lobby soda machine needs to be switched out and the old one dumped in the Bristol, VA landfill!!!

Not living in an area that has Zaxbys made us very excited to be back in an area that does.Zaxbys still has that flavor, but they are serving room temperature, not freshly made food. Something once counted on is gone.To see big dishes of already made chicken and fries under a heat lamp being dished out should have had us turn to leave, but my excitement made me stay.What a bummer!! The heat lamp must be on low because our food wasn't even warm, maybe room temperature.It's a sad day for us, the day we are over of love of Zaxbys.I gave it 3 stars because of what it used to be.(Please turn down the speaker with which you call out order names. It's VERY loud)
