Not only did I get all of my food (the Elizabethton location did not put my son's meal in the bag after I asked the very arrogant and rude shift manager if everything was there...he gave me a smirk and said of course it is), but the food at Mountain City was fresh, delicious, and at my table in five minutes flat.
