“Got a large cheese pizza with extra cheese to go on 7/18/24 around 11:30am. Pizza was pretty good, they definitely put extra cheese on it and it was very reasonably priced. Employees on the phone and at the front counter were very nice. I’m only taking off one star because when I pulled into their parking lot and got out of the car, some mentally challenged man wearing a Chefs Pizza shirt came out from that garage/warehouse in the back and started staring at me and then yelling at me all the way across the parking lot that I had to use the side door. I’m not sure what the issue was with me walking around to the front door but it was weird and it made me very uncomfortable.“

“Service was overwhelmed due to the patrons there from lack of electricity with Hurricane Helene just going through the area. Our waiter was a Champ! Working our table of 6 and 5 other tables each with 4+ people. Food was slow, but that was because the restaurant was making pizzas for the local hospital ER staff while making food for dine in customers.

Kid-friendliness: There are plenty of high chairs and patient staff.“

“The staff here are all so friendly and accommodating. We have visited 2 days in a row now, and both visits have been great experiences. My husband and I both grew up eating Pizza Plus and love that they have the buffet during the week 11-2. (Salad bar, multiple different kinds of pizzas, and dessert pizzas as well) We also order delivery often on the weekends with great service and timely deliveries every time. “Small corner stall next to Starbucks. Has room for Four already to go Personal Pan Pizzas. Choice was limited Three cheese and one pepperoni. Pepperoni was done and not doughy in the center. Crust was crisp, but not over done. Counter person seemed knowledgeable and friendly.“

“First of all, this is by far the cleanest pizza plus that I have ever been in. The food is always hot and fresh. Not to mention how friendly and accommodating the staff is. I especially would like to thank Amber for always accommodating our large parties. We spend quite a bit of money going out to eat and it is always worth it. Stephanie has been so sweet and kind to my children after every visit. The 11$ Fridays are our favorite! You can order ANY pizza and only pay 11$. Quality is superb!!!! “Just a heads up! When I googled Italian Village BRISTOL it brought up another local pizzeria. Long story short, I ordered my pizza at the wrong location. HOWEVER.....when I walked into Italian Village BRISTOL, they were quick to help me get my order in and under the time they stated. Pizza we ordered was delicious and we can't wait to do business again with Italian Village BRISTOL! (For inquiring minds, I did call the other pizza company and apologetically cancel my order without any issues!)“

“I Don't feel like the GM cares about this store to much. There's things he can do to improve the experience from the customer point of view. It's not the best experience when you go to place an order and you're ignored by the people at the front counter. But you can see them playing around or arguing with other crew members. I did however have an interaction with Rob and he was courteous and friendly as well as very helpful. Y'all others in there should take some notes on customer service and remember if it weren't for us customers you wouldn't have a job ...“

“They were understaffed so they didn't have the dining room open, however I was able to make a carry out order, which they delivered to my car for me. The pizza was really good, The price was bad either is $12.99 for any large I got a super supreme and a meat lovers with extra cheese and it was still only $30. Definitely wouldn't recommend.“

“Which I'm a local so I know people there but not only that the person that is the manager there are at least I believe he is I'm not 100% sure on this so don't take my word on it but the man I do know that hires people he will hire a variety of multiple people giving them chances to actually have a job and then he will try to work with you and have you sent to another one that would need you he's like for say a trainer like the real deal at this one“

“Whoever made this pizza missed putting sauce and cheese on many areas. I opened the box and was stunned. I haven’t ordered from here in a while and am wondering what happened cause I’ve always got a great pizza from them. Pizza creator person please do better! Cover the whole pie in sauce, cheese and topping… how can you let this pie go out the drive thru window looking like this. It labels you as uncaring and neglectful. I will look at my pizza before I drive off and if ever looks like this one will hand back and have them make again. Come on people with jobs! Do your best!“
