The food was terrible. The Stromboli had not been cooked all the way through. The cheese was cold and had not melted at all.

I went to this restaurant with my daughter today for the first time. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan pasta, Caesar salad, and mozzarella sticks. I have to say, this place was phenomenal. Everything was delicious. I greatly enjoyed myself as well my daughter. Highly recommend!! Beautiful atmosphere. Staff was impeccable.
The food and service was amazing...BUT to have to sit in 85° temperature conditions when it's 88°outside is why we won't be going back. I shouldn't be sweating that much while ordering food and eating. And let's talk about the poor waitresses who work their tale off and are dripping sweat and passing out on the job due to the temperature. Totally uncalled for. Please fix your AC unit or get a new one. This is bad for business and I truly don't know how you stay staffed.

The Mad Greek Restaurant in the Kingsport area is a popular spot known for its delicious food and friendly service. The Village Greek salad and pasta Primavera are highly recommended dishes. The service is excellent, and the food is amazing, especially the Chicken Carbonara, gyro, and Mediterranean salad. The desserts are a highlight, with options like Carrot Cake, Carmel Chocolate, Baklava, and Lemon bougatsa, all of which are generously sized and perfect for sharing. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and suitable for large groups. It has lovely decor, and the staff is very welcoming, making it a great choice for both adults and kids.
The menu features daily specials, most priced at $10, and offers a good selection of pizza, pastas, and subs. Many menu items can be made gluten-free, including pizzas, pitas, and burgers, with chefs accommodating various allergies. The atmosphere is nice, clean, and inviting, though it is not very fancy. The food quality and service are consistently praised, and desserts are often considered the best part of the meal. Customers sometimes skip lunch to indulge in the desserts, which are rich and worth the price. Overall, Mad Greek Restaurant provides high-quality food, excellent service, and a welcoming environment, making it a top choice for locals and visitors alike.
