I normally enjoy this restaurant and eat here frequently and have never had an issue UNTIL TODAY. When placing my order the woman asked me to repeat things several times. I ordered two salads and a pepperoni pizza. When I got home I found a cheese pizza instead. When I called back the same woman actually argued with me about what I had ordered. She insisted I ordered a cheese pizza. I simply do not deal with stupid people so I said nothing and just hung up. Then I checked my receipt. Guess what! I PAID for a pepperoni pizza! I hope this restaurant can afford to lose a loyal and frequent customer in today's economy! Because I WILL NEVER GO BACK. This is a shame because my group of friends met every month to eat here. I will share my experience with others so they may avoid the same problem. Whatever happened to the customer is always right????? Why would I call about a pepperoni pizza if I had not ordered one and why did I pay for one??????

Went the Bristol location on Saturday afternoon and decided to take my wife to the Kingsport location this evening. I was very disappointed. The servers were standing around talking the whole time we were there and hardly checked on us. Food was average compared to the Bristol location. We witnessed someone come to the door at 8pm only to be turned away when the hours showed they closed at 9pm. We were also asked to leave at about 8:45pm. Bristol worked like a fine oiled machine at a very busy time. This location was not very busy then they brought my food to the table and forgot 2 items my wife ordered. First they forgot her entree then they forgot her dessert. It may be a longer trip to Bristol but I don't see us going back to this location, but we will go to Bristol.

Arrive 7:45, asked about cakes on display at entrance but no one ever told me the price. While waiting on food they turned customers away at 8pm even tho they drove a distance said they were closing early. Forgot my food but not my husband's in which the lettuce looked old. I had to ask for my food and had to ask again for my cake. Dead plants, loud talking employees, food average, Lamb is mixed with beef. Disappointed first time customer. The price for my cake was $7.99 which was on my reciept but not the menu or anywhere else. 15mins to close at 9pm they were pushing us out the door asked us to leave. Bad service. Not even an apology! Will not return.

I love this restaurant it is my favorite place to eat in Kingsport area. I always get the Village Greek salad but I changed it up a bit and tried pasta Primavera and it was amazing. The service is always great,so is the food.I highly recommend this restaurant I don't know why such low stars before every time we have been there it has been a great experience. The restaurant itself is very cute. I love the decorations, but I am in love with all of their food and all of their desserts. I will add more desserts to my review later on when I get more pictures but I highly recommend eating there.

Love this place! Food is awesome. Definitely worth the short drive out to Allendale. Great service, prices are decent and a very nice atmosphere.

It's ok, we tried the chicken philly, flat bread, chicken not tender. Sloopy's diner was better. Good service.

Our waitress was helpful and friendly, our food was dull and boring. We had high hopes after reading the reviews of this place but left feeling unimpressed. My wife ordered a chicken pasta dish, and I ordered a salmon dish with fried potatoes on the side. In short, her pasta was ok but nothing special. Lacked taste actually like there was no seasoning at all. My salmon was unevenly cooked. The center, or thickest part was pretty good but the rest was way over. Again, no seasoning at all. The potatoes were tender, and cooked correctly, but again, zero seasoning.Interior of the place really needs updating.New cook? Bad night? Who knows, but I doubt we will try again.
