The employees are polite and my drinks have been a consistent quality that I expect from Dunkin.Today deserves a special thanks due to the sweet person working the dine-in register. I had messed up my order via the Dunkin app and missed my opportunity to use a coupon. In my experience, generally employees at most businesses have no idea how to navigate app related issues and just shrug it off. She still honored the coupon outside my order. But I will still able to get my food hot and fresh in a timely manner. “What a wonderful experience walking into Pike House Coffee. It's a vibe, from the customer service to the ambiance and decorations. We are driving through the city and needed a place to work at and get some coffee. I told my husband I wouldn't mind moving here just to come to this coffee shop. Truly a hidden gem. I am leaving a review in the hopes to return again the future.I had a white chocolate latte with 1/2 the sweetness and my husband had the nondairy vanilla latte. Both tasted spectacular 10/10. “Still waters cafe is my favorite locally owned coffee shop in Gray Tennessee! These people always take such amazing care of me, very personable when I’m ordering my drinks! I was gone from the area for 3 years and they remembered me when I walked in to order my drink! THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE! “We recently spent a few weeks in Thailand, with friends who had just come from Vietnam. We sought out “authentic, local” food for every meal. We ate in small towns, in small spaces - sometimes nothing more than the front room of someone’s house. And it was wonderful. But after coming back to the Southeast US we weren’t sure we’d be able to eat authentic Southeast Asian food again. But we found this place online, and it had great reviews, so we decided to give it a try, and drive an hour to check it out. SO WORTH IT! The staff were welcoming and kind, the food was flavorful and thoughtfully prepared, and we will definitely be back. What an unexpected treasure in an unexpected location. Thank you!“

This kitchy little coffee shop possesses a vintage charm showcasing a full-size 1940's Whitman's Chocolate refrigerator display cabinet with neatly folded merch for sale. Their menu is replete with brunchy food items, yummy scones, and a nice variety of Java based beverages. However, be aware seating is very limited and it can get quite loud, so depending on the current clientele, a quiet conversation may not be possible. An outside table also provides extra optional seating, weather permitting.“
