“Tonight, I’ve had the longest day. The latte machine was down, and you guys were out of the food item I wanted! So I told the young lady at the window I trusted her to make me something good! While talking she said you are here early, as I stop frequently on night shift. Told her I had a sick family member I’d just dropped off at a local hospital and I’d be up late. She came back to the window with a drink and something to eat. Told me it was on her and she hoped I had a better night!
