“A couple years ago I wrote a negative review of Huey Magoo's in Kingsport. Recently I have had the opportunity to revisit this restaurant two time. I don't know what went wrong on my first visit but the last two times I have been there the chicken tenders have been delicious. Very tender. One time I went at lunch time and the other at an odd hour between lunch and dinner and both times the food was fresh and delicious. A bonus - they serve coleslaw with there meals. Something that doesn't seem available at other chicken tender restaurants. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Also, the girl that took my order and brought it to me this last time was Amanda. She was so pleasant and very kind.“

Welcoming, friendly, polite, hardworking, knowledgeable; also gives great recommendations if you're unsure or just want to try something different, which is such a pleasant experience as a customer! That's going above & beyond imo.
She's just wonderful at her job overall. Hope she's appreciated there!
Other employees I've interacted with have been just as sweet too, I'm just not as familiar with their names.
This location is clean and well-kept also; dining area, lobby & bathrooms, outside is maintained and inviting.

“I haven't had Popeyes in a while. I decided today that I wanted some chicken. I'm so glad that I did because it was amazing. It was hot and fresh. 10/10 I definitely recommend. The woman at the drive thru was extremely nice. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.“

And no the Gray location is the single worst food experience I have ever had they even tried to fight my family because we order chicken ( yes chicken at a chicken restaurant and hour and half before closing on a weekend) tried to fight us. The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The service was incredibly fast, the restaurant was clean, and they had some great deals that made the meal an even better value.
