I was visiting the area and must say, it tastes exactly as it did 10 years ago before I moved away! Their consistency is impressive! My family enjoyed dinner on a Friday at 6 pm. They were busy but seated us quickly and gave great service. They are reasonably priced with good quality and tasty menu offerings. I really enjoyed the Special La Casa... my favorite dish here growing up. They put queso on pretty much anything you want, so you can't go wrong ?
Love La Carreta. We eat there more then we should. Service is always wonderful and the food is good and reasonably priced. The food is more tex mex style and very good. Highly recommend.

Every time we go,(and we go alot), it's so very good !!!! My waitress Teresa at Colonial Heights is so nice and we ask for her specifically. Me and my fiancee love the cheesesteak burrito and rice, (no lettuce or tomato). And we get an order of cheese dip, I'll put even more cheese dip on my cheesesteak burrito. Hands down my favorite place to eat and my favorite meal. Heck even their Tea is even superb, especially with a squeeze of lemon. My favorite meal, my favorite place...read full review
