The service at this Colonial Heights Hardee's is awesome! Stephanie took my order and had my food to me in less than 5 minutes. Couldn't have been any better service.
Cashier and service window. James is the most professional, polite and thorough employee!! What an asset at your drive through!
One of the first say that we walked into the establishment a couple minutes before closing, and had no idea nor paid attention to the opening, closing sign on the front door.

Based on the reviews, this Hardee’s is an amazing restaurant that serves phenomenal food every time. The staff is super friendly, efficient, and always ensures the order is accurate. Customers purposely go out of their way to come to this store for quality food, calling it the best ran Hardee’s. Specific employees like Nikki, Bobby, and Sinead are described as exceptional, sweet, and kind. One worker even gave a free drank to a child. The customer service is best in class. One suggestion for the restaurant is to turn the music down just a notch for the elderly with hearing aids. Overall, the experience was great, and the store deserves some sort of special recognition.
