“One of the first say that we walked into the establishment a couple minutes before closing, and had no idea nor paid attention to the opening, closing sign on the front door.

Along with three other individuals that was ahead of us inside the store, we had placed our order and realized what time that it was.

Two minutes before closing, Carter and Josh took our order with ease. After serving the customers before us and our order as well, these two employees had all smiles and were very helpful and polite.

This was our first time in the store and moving forward we will be more mindful of the hours of operation.

Kudos to these two going out of their way to make everyone’s evening delightful and pleasant.

I wish that I could give more than five stars for everything on the board. The store was clean, the store smelt, great, and the environment was very friendly.

So close to closing, these two individuals took care of everyone and us and made the visit worth more than more can describe.

I would highly recommend this restaurant with all of the employees that is behind the lead of these two employees to anyone traveling or anyone in the area above and beyond!

“Quite unique find otw through Kingsport. And reading about the history of Pals was really cool. The food and service was excellent for a fast food provider. Definitely would prefer this over the other competitors. I took a photo of one of the three Pals we saw and got a really great shot to share 🥰

“Let's be real, there isn't anything negative you can say about pretty much any Pals locations... Been going since I was a kid and have never been disappointed, even if a mistake is made on your order (which is VERY rare) they fix it no problem receipt or not. One time I came through the drive thru and forgot my debit card was locked so it declined it, they told me no problem it happens sometimes and literally gave me the food for free... No one else would even consider being so kind! Great food, great employees and amazing customer service!“

This is a drive thru only and do not carry the infamous Peanut Butter milkshake. Had to stop at the other one to get that. Worth it!“

“there was 2 of us she got a Philly sandwich hers was good I got barbecue sandwich meal I was disappointed. meat alot but or fatty pieces not juicy bun dry fell apart . the sauces little to sweet the tiny amount slaw was tasteless and tiny beans to sweet and runny . dont get it . id give them another try with different food“

“Hands down the best place to be for shooting pool, hanging out with your friends, enjoying a cold beverage and great food. The staff is absolutely amazing. Very clean and healthy environment. “I come through this location almost everyday and order xtra xtra heat on my cheddar rounds, most other pals will argue about cooking them longer. For instance, Weber City VA Pals said they were not allowed to cook cheddar rounds with xtra heat even though I’ve gotten it there before ? John B Dennis, this pals is hands down the BEST pals around. The window ladies and Ben are very respectful and one of the best customer services experiences I’ve had.“

“No inside dining, its drive threw only but, you order your food drive around the building and pay. By the time your done paying, even before I could my change put away, they were handing me my food!!! It was great!! Fast, convenient, and taste good, I especially like there fries, fresh and hot. “We were greeted promptly and our server arrived shortly thereafter.
Drinks were brought out in short order and always kept full. Our table ordered the 2/$25 and a shrimp bowl.
All food was hot and fresh. The 2/$25 is a great deal
Our server was attentive, perhaps a little more to the gentleman in our group, but was always available for any requests.“

“the crew works very hard at this location! its an older location but they have recently been doing some repairs on the place. Hopefully they have plans to do more in the future.im very impressed with the changes in service i had stopped coming and gave it another chance after hearing they had made some changes in management lately. “I go here literally all the time they know me by my name and order. Staff is incredibly friendly and the food is usually pretty good! Only downside is sometimes they are very busy so it can be a pain to wait, but otherwise I love this place.“

“My husband and I stopped in for dinner this evening. There was only one server and one cook but they were doing a phenomenal job and both deserve a raise! I didn't catch her name but our waitress had blonde curly hair and she was so sweet and personable. She's probably one of the best servers we've had especially considering she was doing tables and take out orders singlehandedly. The food was also very good, fresh, and came out quickly. “Very good prices for the amount of food you get. Tons and tons of options. There were not too many people eating inside when I was there. Only complaint I might have and not really a complaint. The menu has alot of choices on it and items are in weird spots. But again its not a knock on the place“

“Our first time here, and we absolutely loved it! The food was excellent! But the best part was our server, Heather, who delighted and entertained us the entire time, while meeting our every cuisine need. I had the KC’s macaroni and chicken Which came with garlic bread. And when I told her I could not eat garlic bread, she brought me a delicious sourdough roll. Service was impeccable. Other items our party had were The Titanic, Chips Dips and things, Big Daddy, Margie’s Cashew Chicken Salad, and the, Cowpoke. All were delicious. We will definitely go there again, but I’m going to make sure that Heather will be working that day because we enjoyed her service that much.“
