The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the location is clean and well-run. The staff is quick and efficient, even when it's busy. This location is considered the best Starbucks in the tri cities area, with great quality and service. The decor is inviting, and the customer service is excellent. The staff remembers regular customers' orders and is always friendly. However, one thing that could be improved is having straws available for customers to take, rather than having to ask for one every time. Overall, this Starbucks location delivers top-notch service and delicious drinks.
