Yuimaru Kitchen offers a great dining experience with delicious food and exceptional service. The teppanyaki-style cooking at the table provides an entertaining show. Meals come with a variety of dishes, including salad, soup, veggies, rice, ramen, and shrimp. Sushi rolls are a highlight, especially the crab Rangoon roll and Angry Dragon Roll, with the recommended white sauce. The Wednesday night 1/2 price sushi special is delightful, with rolls as low as $3. The restaurant offers a great happy hour, best lemon drop martini, and suggests trying new things. The staff is phenomenal and the aesthetic of the restaurant is so beautiful. The dynamite roll is out of this world and the shrimp sauce is homemade and better than any shrimp sauce. Cocktails are fantastic. The food was delicious, service was great, and the restaurant was clean. The staff interacted with a toddler wonderfully. Reservations are recommended, especially for larger groups.
