There was a day I left work early due to a loss in the family and came to Rios crying and the staff checked on me and were so kind to me during that hard time in my life. “I only ever use the drive-through, but the staff is incredibly friendly. The app has been glitching/crashing a lot, and I placed a mobile order today where because I had to re-place the order so many times, I ended up forgetting to switch from meat to beans when the order finally went through. I called, not realizing the mistake was mine, and the staff said to come on back and they'd take care of me. When I got there, the manager pointed out that the order had actually been submitted for beef but they were giving me the free replacement anyway. That's such excellent customer service I had to come share it here.
