“Stopped going years ago due to poor food and bad rumors. However, we tried it out as a friend said it has some new employees. I was impressed. We actually received fresh, hot, tasty food! The waffle fries are a bad idea for LJs. I loved the old fries, these hold grease too much. The slaw wasn't gross and was nice this time. The parking lot was clean. Building looked good. Curb is rough on cars as its a big pothole to cross out of the lot, making turning onto the main road a little unsafe. I would go back again at lunch time. Still have yet to try other time slot, like dinner. 4 stars because of the parking lot damage and rumors of employees fixing their own meals in the fryers, that can contaminate and make allergy incidents if true.“

“Not all Hardees are the same, and the Lebanon, VA Hardees definitely shows it. The staff is friendly and makes you feel like they truly appreciate your business. There are people who come here every morning for breakfast because they feel welcomed. I sat here today and watched the manager, Sandy, interact with customers, and I can see why this is an exceptional Hardees. When you run a business, it's one thing to be staffed and another to be staffed with the right employees and to lead by example. If I were still in the workforce, I would definitely work for her.“

“Diane served me today at the subway in Lebanon Va, she was so warm and welcoming. She helped me make the perfect sandwhich for a great price! The food was fresh and the bread soft. She was very patient with me along with a bunch of other customers she was waiting on, always have the best service when I come into this location. They work as fast n as hard as they can!“

Seemed a little shortstaffed for a Saturday but the guy at the drive thru was nice and frendly and the lady that handed me my food was also nice. Pizza was really good too!“

We had a problem with our order because something had been left out that we had ordered, and the sweet lady at the register.fixed it for us in a matter of minutes and included some extras to make it easier. I wish I remembered to have gotten her name. What a blessing it was to eat there.
