“August 7, 2024, I picked up breakfast for the place I work. The order consisted of a variety of breakfast items. The service is placing the order prior to picking in up was easy and the morning I picked it up the manager on duty was outstanding. She got my order quickly and helped carry it to the vehicle because I had 3 bags. My co-workers were well pleased with the food. Great Job McDonalds of Wise.“

“Ryan Waters deserves the highest recognition that's available. I was so impressed with his manners and service, I was with 2 elderly ladies and my handicap daughter, they all are very picky eaters. He made sure the food was correct and never once seemed bothered by the special requests. Being in food service myself, don't get impressed with very many food service workers, bit Ryan definitely left a great lasting impression. He is a great benefit to your establishment.“

“Food was good,service was friendly and timely. The only issue was they didn't have enough chicken for the order we placed. We would have had to of waited 22 minutes if we wanted what was supposed to actually go with our order. We didn't have the time to wait, so we got thighs and wings rather than breasts and legs that were supposed to be in the bucket. Not a big deal for me but I guess it would be to some?

“My sandwich was great. There were only two people working, and they did an amazing job getting food out quickly. There was a college softball team that came in and the tech department for our school system. The two people working stayed fast, efficient, calm, and polite. They rocked!“
