“This is normally a good place. Today they missed the mark. Fryer must not have up to temp when they cooked my food. The normally crispy batter was soft and greasy. Hushpuppies were actually flat on the bottom meaning they sank to the bottom of the fryer in the cool oil. Food looked great, just a little mishap. It happens.“

I love how you can customize everything just the way you like it. I'm always looking forward to new items that they add to their menu. This place doesn't only carry taco; you can also order breakfast, sweet dessert, and slushie freeze drinks. If you get that late night hunger this place stay open as late as 2a.m. One of my top favorite is definitely the Nacho Cheese Doritos taco. I love Taco Bell and so does everyone in my family. “The Arby's sauce was empty, the pump type were you use the little white cups. The Dr Pepper drink kept spraying on my hand even though I had the cup under the spot to pour into my cup. Then when I finally got to start eating, took a drink if Dr Pepper and mixture was off, nasty tasting. I went back to machine, pour out the Dr Pepper and got Root Beer, it was GOOD. root beer.“

Went ahold and fixed the problem and fixed our order with no issues. If you ask me he needs to be in charge of the Norton taco bell to because this manager is kind, respectful and knows how to run a restaurant.!! “My son loves Burger King because of that flame grilled flavor. You get a real thick juicy burger unlike a lot of other fast food restaurants. I accidentally put in the order at the wrong Burger king. I did not know that you could go in in real time and change the location. When I didn't pick up the order at the other location it was released. I called them anyway. Burger King with super busy and I was in a hurry to get back to work after picking up lunch for my son. The order I got for the burger was wrong so I called the store. The person on the phone was excellent! She was very kind and offered to get me a free meal the next time I'm there. It just goes to show when there's a problem please call the store and tell them before you start blasting it on facebook.“

“Holy crap I am pretty sure that I ordered my pizza like 10 minutes ago Max and I get to this Pizza Hut and as I pay, the pizza is being handed off to the lady at the front counter to be handed to me. The customer service was great trust me because the Dinwiddie/Petersburg customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced . They did nothing special and still flawlessly preformed perfectly. They didn’t do nothing wrong. They did a phenomenal job the speed, the accuracy, just everything about this pizza just kinda just blew my mind to the point where I forgot to pick up my soda before I went back to the hotel if you’re in this town go to this Pizza Hut wow.“
